Ive taken this supplement FAITHFULLY for about 10 years and it has been the only multivitamin ive taken. Benefits? Definately not placebo effect, but the benefits include, increased energy and alertness during 12 hour shifts as a warehouse worker. Noticeable glowing and healthy look to my skin. healthier hair, nails, and overall ready to tackle to the next day, NO trouble waking up in the mornings.. FASTER Recovery of sore muscles. Do not put too much though into sensitive reviewers, regarding cancer warnings, and talc⦠Talc is a HARMLESS non active ingredient that binds and keeps the capsules together during processing.. Talc is only deemed harmful if inhaled. Some reviewers call them, ( horse pills) and difficult to swallow.. Just a reminder, that some people are sensitive and of course you have to be mindful of others feelings.. P65 cancer warning is just a mandatory statement stating that if one consumes over the recommended dosage of certain metals in vitamin supplements, that you MAY have an increased risk of developing cancer.. Ive taken the GNC mega mens over 10 years and the only things ive gotten from them are POSITIVE effects. Do your homework folks..Dont knock it before you try it..

My Go-To Multivitamin
Supplements donât have the best quality control, and I donât know what a lot of the ingredients are, which is why I started referring to labdoor. This is one of their higher rated multivitamins, and itâs relatively cheap compared to the other highly rated vitamins. You only have to take 2 capsules 1x a day, which is nice. Some of the competitors may be cheaper per serving, but require multiple servings. They taste pretty good, but you do get hit with a somewhat odd smell when you open the bottle. I canât exactly describe it. Iâve had 2 bottles, and both were like this. Nothing seemed wrong with the packaging, and I didnât get sick, so Iâm assuming itâs something in the formula. It also causes my urine to be bright yellow like asparagus for a good part of the morning and afternoon. It loses a star for the smell and the yellow urine, but otherwise, it seems more effective than what I would normally get at the grocery store.

Took the plunge
So for years I’ve avoided this product. For one I always have seen GNC as a place for body builders and not great for people just trying to be healthy. And then there are a lot of other brands that sound better online. Like smartypants brand.I also got into taking all the separate vitamins instead of a multi because I read how it’s better to just do that and supplement what’s more important to you. I started getting up to 10+ pills I was taking a day and got worn out.Well GNC mega man has been consistently rated highly for a men’s multivitamin. It has pretty much everything in it that I want to take. It’s priced better then other trendy brands. So I said, whatever, let’s give it a try.I’m only a couple days in, but I like the flushing feature for one. It’s showing you that it’s there, doing something. I have to say that I also feel a little better taking this over my pill pack before. If your like me and have made taking vitamins more complicated then it needs to be, just get this and move on with your life. It’s a vitamin with everything important for a man to be healthy and it’s researched.

Great vitamins that work well and used them for years.
I used these for years with great results and when GNC left our area I was disappointed. Now that we found them again our son is using them with great results for him as well. The pills are a bit big but do get swallowed easily. Blood tests show that our bodies do absorb the vitamins well and we feel better too.

Vendedor, cumpriu com o prazo! Sempre gosto de fazer uso da GNC Mega Men. Eu peso 85kg e só tomo 1 por dia (e sinto minha imunidade, muito boa). Sempre comprei com um amigo que traz dos EUA, porém estava sem e âarrisqueiâ comprar pelo marketPlace. Confesso, que fiquei com medo⦠porém, um efeito visual que não mudou foi a cor da urina um amarelado esverdeado. Esse mesmo efeito eu obtinha com o que vinha diretamente dos EUA ðºð¸ pelo meu amigo. Enfim, compraria novamente, o meu veio com Validade 08/25 ð. Porém, o produto não veio com nota fiscal (provável o fornecedor comprar na gringa e evitar taxações). Contudo, nada que desabone a autenticidade do produto! Para mim, o melhor multivitaminico que já fiz uso.
