Love these vitamins! I have struggled with energy, anxiety attacks, moodiness etc. all the things that come with motherhood. Between this and reading the Bible every day, I have seen a drastic improvement in those areas.Side note: it could turn your urine fluorescent yellow, this apparently is normal. Just excess vitamin B because itâs not water soluble.

So I basically bought these as a cheaper version of my custom tailored from âtake care ofâ. First off, the pills are big but on the plus side I gulped down hella water to get these bad boys down! H2O intake goal met. Which is very much needed because youâll be peeing out highlighter yellow urine while taking these. Oh and youâll burp up fish oil, but it could be worse. Warning, the little booger green pill has niacin in it. So if your as sensitive please beware. I definitely experienced a noticeable niacin flush, but Iâm used to it from my pre workout. Iâm a 5â8â, 160 lb athletic built female and these things gave me a lot of energy w/o any crash, but I honestly feel increase in my appetite ( could be from the fact the Iâm working and moving more due to increased energy, which has aided in a pleasantly unexpected 8lb weight loss).So these definitely have their pros and cons.Iâll take electrified urine and Omega-y burps lol.

Energy is back!
I have taken these vitamins on and off for about 12 years now. There used to be a GNC store in town where I live that unfortunately shut down. When it was open the employee suggested these as a more healthy way to loose weight, and get energy. I fell in love with them and took them religiously for years! I recently got back on them and they are just the same as I remember. So thankful to have some energy back, and hoping to loose some weight as well. One thing I will tell others is to eat something before taking and drink alot of water, it helps your body absorb them better.

So listen before anyone tries the mega vitamins get your blood work done and see your GP. I am 47 years old and going through menopause. It was recommended that I try this product to help replace what I was loosing do to my job and active life. This is not a cure for the menopause but it definitely helped me. No laziness and no hot flashes followed by headaches/migraines. I can keep up with my job and I feel so much better physically as well as mentally.. So all in all I give this product a 5 STAR based on my own experience. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE YOU TAKE THIS SO THAT THERE IS NO MISUNDERSTANDING HOW THIS PRODUCT OWRKS.
