I love this pan, I use it all the time for brownies of course, but also cakes and dessert bars. Its so convenient! Even if you don’t plan to cut them into squares its so easy to push the cake out and cool it fast and easily. I just put it on a few cans and pull the pan sides down. The only downside is that if your batter is very thin or watery, then the batter can leak out the sides because its not fully sealed, learned that the hard way and it was a mess haha.

I love this brownie maker so much. I am going to try it with individual banana, the zucchini and carrot cakes. I read online that it works wonderful with that. Very easy to clean. I still use non-stick spray.I will be ordering at least one more.

Brownie batter leaks out of the removable bottom!
The piece that cuts the brownies is great!! However, no matter what you do to try to prevent it, you canât stop some of the brownie batter from leaking out through the removable bottom! Unfortunately, enough of the batter leaks out to reduce the size of your brownies. The pan is useless because there is no way to stop the leakage. I lined the outside bottom of the pan with heavy duty aluminum foil, but it did not help. If the pan didnât have a removable bottom, it would be great! I am disappointed that I need to return this item because of the leakage. There are one piece pans available out there that come with a brownie cutter and wonât leak because they donât have a removable bottom.

Beautiful brownies easy to clean. I like the 3 piece construction. Dust a bit of flour round the edge before setting the bottom in. Absolutely no leakage.

Love, love, love my Brownie PansAmazing pan! Nothing stuck. They worked great. The size is a little small, but perfectly fits a store-bought brownie mix. I used 2 Brownie pans and used 2 mixes and put both pans on top of one extra large cookie sheet. Baked them at 350 degrees for 33 minutes total. (Checked it at 23 minutes then added 5 minutes, then 5 more) They came out so good and looked great. Best looking brownies I’ve ever made! I’m thinking I need 2 more so I can use the other rack in my oven. I like to make sweets for church functions and our church has a Dessert ministry and a Hospitality Team.

I love this product it is my second purchase in 2 weeks because I think it is so good. My issue is that it was not delivered to my house. I recently made a store bought brownie mix in this pan and was very pleased with the outcome. I used the full package and baked for 30 minutes. I followed the directions supplied with the pan and the brownies were excellent. They came out of the pan easily and the pan washed up easily. I would recommend this pan.
