Top quality walnut meal
This order was a great order for this item. It’s more of quality walnuts ground vs other brands that appears to be alot of walnut skins ect. in the meal. It is a moist ground meal vs a powdered flour like Almond, coconut flour but no problem using it for baking breads or cookies. This batch was moist, fresh tasting walnuts, not bitter. Them doing this in-house has resolved the problem of it being a coarse to fine chop nut to a meal texture. Will order again, hope quality stays the same. I use it added to my home made breakfast oatmeal/seeds ect. cereal for diabetics. Ordered 3 more times and the same quality of meal , shipping and price 1-19-24

1st time I buy ground walnuts. I usually grind my own. My food processor died. So, go buy another one, or buy them ground. Walnuts were fresh, and uniformed. I bought 5lbs. The price per pound were the same if I bought the whole and had 2 do it myself.
