Fairly healthy, less sugar
Title says most. Not as nutritious as the raison bran, but considerably less sugar. Good source of iron. Vitamin B 12. Don’t like the addition of BHT (to preserve freshness). Taste is o.k., but prefer raison bran. More raisons than dates, more dates than pecans. Still, a good choice.
