Unclogged the unclogable

Two month clogâFIXED
I had been dealing with a bad shower clog for a couple months after unsuccessfully using âDranoâ clog gel remover. I also tried the old baking soda and vinegar trick that previously showed success on toilet and sink drains. But the shower drain was way too much.I bought this product after seeing the top reviews and combined it with a shower snake product from a different seller. This product comes with two containers, each container having two âservingsâ of treatment. So all in all, there are 4 different âservingsâ that you can use. I followed the instructions and poured one âservingâ into my shower drain and let it sit overnight. In the morning, I let the hot water run for about 3 minutes. Unfortunately, no improvement showed. At this point, I used the shower snake to try and pull out the items clogging the drain, and I was able to get a moderate amount of gunk out. However, I ran the shower water again which was a mistake looking back, because I hadnât removed all the gunk. So instead, the gunk just ended up getting deeper into the drain pipes. The clog was now even worse than when I began. At this point, I figured Iâd just use another serving of Green Gobbler Liquid & Hair remover. I didnât have high expectations and was already planning on the back of my mind to contact them for a possible return of the remaining product. So I poured in the second âservingâ, let it sit while I went to work, and came back to run the hot water about 8 hours later. To my surprise, the water was draining completely normally! It had worked! The problem I was dealing with for two months was finally gone. And at a total price of about $35 (between this product and the shower snake), it was well worth it! Imagine the cost of hiring someone to do it for you, not to mention the headache of constantly having a clogged shower drain (it required me to clean my tub much more frequently due to the mold that the sitting water caused).To summarize: This stuff truly works. But I would definitely use it in combination with a shower snake. Donât follow my mistakes though, attempt to clear as much of the hair/gunk using the snake FIRST. After that, pour a serving of this Green liquid. Leave it overnight! Run the water, if it still hasnât worked, do not fear! Use another serving, let sit for another 6-12 hours, and run the hot water again. If all else fails, you still have two servings to use. At which point, if that doesnât work, you may have a bigger issue at hand…but I highly doubt the majority population will get to that point. Try it out, worst case, this looks like a reputable company that will offer you a refund if it hasnât worked as advertised.

effective & easy
The packaging is logical and predetermines the amount to use, makes it easy and fast to use. Follow the simple instructions especially the one about the hot water, the first rinse should be already hot water.It was very effective with just one dose which I didn’t expect because it was really backed up. I’ve never had to clear this drain before because nothing ever got in there to clog it. That is until now that I have a frequent guest with thick hair that seems to come of with every shower (this person just has lots and lots of hair). I have used liquid plumr in the shower drain in a different home and was dissatisfied by how many doses clogs required. Just one with GG. I will use it in the sink next.

Worked great
Had a bath tub clog. After reading reviews I decided to use it at 6:00 pm and let it sit until 9:00 am the next morning. I flushed with water and it drained so fast I was afraid the trap had a hole eaten into it. I went to the basement and found everything was dry. I am very impressed with the great job it did.

Took two doses, but really cleared our shower drain
We moved into an apartment with a slow draining bathtub. Within a week, we were showering with water up to our ankles. Called building maintenance and they used some kind of contraption to snake the drain. Pulled out lots of hair. Was better, but still slow draining.Shortly after, we were worse off than we started so after going through many written and video reviews, I purchased the Green Gobbler Liquid Hair Drain Clog Remover. My husband poured one dose down the drain, waited overnight, and flushed it with hot shower water the next morning. He thought it worsened the clog.After he left for work, I waited a few hours before carefully running the showerâs hottest water. I didnât want to hit the drain with too much water at once in case there was backed up gunk. Water started to drain and I could hear a glugging noise as the water went down. Ran the water for a while. Showered that night. Water was draining better, but still a little slow. So we poured in a second dose of Green Gobbler and waited overnight.The next morning – this time, I boiled some water and poured about 2-3L of 98° water down the drain SLOWLY to prevent splashing, making sure water was draining. That night, showering didnât seem much better at first until we used our foot as a plunger by covering the drain then removing it. Water started draining normally! That was 2 weeks ago and so far so good.Iâm guessing whatever dissolved in the drain wasnât completely liquified and needed some help to push it along. Very happy with this purchase.

We had a very, VERY clogged shower drain at my parentâs house. I didnât have much hope and was dreading calling a plumber. We gave green goblin a try. It took one try to get the shower working like new again! We followed the instructions left it overnight, did hot water and the water was draining beautifully! Also did this for the kitchen sink and worked perfectly!

When I flushed the toilet, I was getting a loud gurgling sound in my tub, it was getting worse. Someone said, for them, it was a vent problem in the bathroom, they cleaned out their vent and it was fixed. They looked at mine that had been cleaned out, it was not the problem. There was a definite clog. Then my toilet wouldn’t flush and sewage started to come up through my toilet. I was in trouble. I used 1 side of the bottle down the tub, one side of the bottle for my bathroom sink as even though no issues with the sink, it may have been somehow connected in the pipes, and I used 1 whole bottle (both sides) in the toilet. Overnight. Within about 1/2 hour of pouring solution tho, I could see the drain in the tub releasing the sewage down the drain which is good. in the morning, there was less water in the toilet, also, I had dished out some of the water into the tub as the tub was already with contents. So I flushed a bucket of hot water from the running taps down the front of the toilet, which allowed it to drain inwards, down, then flushed, still clogged, ran water in the tub 5 mins and sink 5 mins and went back to the toilet and repeated bucket of hot tap water down front, it went inwards and down, plunged, flushed, worked. Thank you Green Gobler for your roll in saving me hundreds in plumbing fees. worth it. bought some more.
