THE NITTY GRITTY – Uses advanced reusable adhesive that is repositionable and washable. PLEASE NOTE: The base of the crystal phone grip adheres to most hard plastic cases but may not adhere well to some soft/silicone, waterproof or heavily textured cases (ie.,leather or glitter). Will not stick to waterproof, glass-backed phones iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max without a suitable case.
HOW TO ATTACH PHONE GRIP – 1. Crystal & phone should be at room temperature 2. Clean phone or case with alcohol & dry. 3. Peel white sticker from back of phone grip. 4. Position grip & press firmly holding the edge of crystal for 3 minutes or more. 5. For strong adhesion, do not use grip for 3 hours or more. 6. Extra stickers included for future use when changing cases. 7. Handle with care preventing falls or impact to hard surface. Extreme temperatures, water or sunlight can weaken the crystal.
HOW TO SWAP YOUR CRYSTAL TOP -1. Fully expand grip open. 2. Pinch or press in center part of gripper. 3. While pressing center of grip, turn the crystal top to twist the tabs loose from the 4-tab openings. 4. To swap the new crystal on the gripper, line up the 4-tabs under the crystal with the openings on the top of the gripper. 5. Insert the 4 tabs in each opening and twist the crystal top to ensure tabs under the crystal are locked in place.

Really exceptional customer service
I had an issue getting this to stick to my phone at first, and I was really upset because it’s such a pretty and unique phone grip. I posted a review stating my disappointment, and customer service promptly reached out and helped me resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. I definitely recommend giving this company a chance. They’re a small business, and they care about their customers satisfaction because they know that is how you build trust and confidence with your consumers. The crystal is large. It is a little heavy because it’s a real crystal, and it’s of good, solid, quality. It isn’t sparkly like I expected it to be considering it said its a druzy crystal, but I don’t really mind because it’s still really stunning and very pretty as is and compliments my phone case so well. I’ll definitely be purchasing again in the future and trying out the different crystals and colors. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to the company and they will definitely help you troubleshoot and resolve your problem.

Great shipping time.The packaging is a velvet bag with a discount on your next order with them.As soon as I took the crystal pop socket out, I cleared coated it with clear nail polish!I feel coating it has made the durability a 10!It is a gorgeous pop socket and I have received a ton of compliments on it!!I can’t wait to order more and with the discount coupon they give you from buying your first one, it will be soon!!Just buy it, really!! Nice agate BUTâ¦.
The agate is pretty. The gold edges eventually started peeling back and the metal would slice my fingers if I wasnât careful. The white base doesnât match and there isnât an option for a black base. The agate is heavy and eventually broke the white holder. The agate will also fall out sometimes from the white socket and I had to super glue it a few times. When the base broke I had to finally peel it off. I love the look, but a more sturdy base would be helpful and gold edges that are secured more properly. Itâs the only pop socket Iâve found with the look Iâve been envisioning, so Iâm extremely frustrated because I donât want to keep spending money on this the way it is, but I also want this desired look.

Dissatisfied/Disappointed
I REALLY wanted to love this as it was so pretty, and felt sturdy. Once applied it was on and not going anywhere. Perfect! I only had it for a week on my phone case before it became useless. So the stone would not stay on every time I tried to pull it open to use it. It was very cheaply made for such a beautiful stone. It had these 4 tiny little looking plastic teeth evenly distributed on the plastic holder the allows for the stone to simply snap in place. However, when you would try to pull the socket out to hold the phone the stone would always pop off and eventually two of the tiny plastic teeth holding the stone to the socket in place broke off, leaving the phone grip holder useless. So I have this beautiful stone in a drawer right now and a broken phone grip holder that I canât get off my phone case because itâs really stuck on there. Iâll need to scrape it off. Heat from the blow dryer hasnât worked. Wasted money, wish I had a better review for this item.

Super cute
This pop socket is super cute. I love the stone it is a bit heavy, but I do like it a lot! I received it today and itâs already broken off the pop socket, it fell and came off. I was able to glue it back on.
