What a wonderful variety of meats and steaks. The sirloin steaks were juicy and incredibly soft. The Wagyu beef ribs practically melted in my mouth. And the smoked brisket was the best I’ve had since my trip to Texas few years ago. Just amazing!

Great and not so great.
I loved 1/2 porkchops. One was the best ever for quality and freshness; the other was gray looking and weird tasting. I haven’t tried the strip steaks yet but they should have been individually wrapped. I got four but was only going to cook two at a time. Giving 4 stars for that one unbelievable chop.
