I was skeptical but hopefull. It DOES work. Although the controls are a bit wanky, and Iâm afraid itâs not going to last too long (according to other reviews). This removed deep imbedded yuckiness on my face. Seriously, some of the whiteheads were buried so deep for several years and trying to remove them is not pleasant. This did it in 2 days. I used it for 2 days in the worse area of my face, and everything surfaced. It is magic! If this thing dies, Iâm gonna have to buy it again.

This device does a phenomenal job of truly scrubbing the skin. Each time I use it I’m amazed about the gunk that’s in my pores. âââââ It has a great battery that I’ve only had to charge maybe once in the last 4 months. I use witch hazel to wet my face before using it and my skin always feels refreshed afterwards.

I am getting my face cleaner, and have scraped out all kinds of white/blackheads. I love the feeling that I get after using toner and scraping the gunk out of my face. It’s the same feeling I get when my esthetician sucks the gunk out of my face. I also love the hydration steps, I can see my eye cream working in real-time during Step 3.As I will reiterate from what someone else stated in another review, if you do not have a consistent face-cleaning regimen then this tool is NOT for you. I’ve been following the same steps using the Clinique 3-step system for the last 30 years. 1. YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE POWER BUTTON DOWN TO TURN ON.2. It automatically turns off after 5 minutes as per the manual.Like many others, I thought my product was broken but you just have to hold the power button down longer. Not my favorite, but I get it.I’ve been using this 2-3 times a week for almost a month and haven’t had to re-charge it yet. It is magical at pushing out blackheads etc, my skin is the best its been in a long time. This is like having an at-home facial. I’ve also noticed my skin is more glowy after I use it to put on my serum etc.The only complaint is that the options (cleaning, ion+, etc) aren’t in the order of the cleaning regimen so it takes a lot of time and reading the manual over and over to figure out which is which. It’s basically just not the most user-friendly design, but considering the cost I can overlook that.The other thing about this tool (and any tool like this one) is the noise is really painful if you try to clean around the eyebrows or upper nose.I’m really happy with this purchase. This will save me a LOT of money on blackhead products and facials.
