Amazing oil. I had bought small bottle and it’s one of the most pleasant, clean smells I use in my diffuser. It literally does ease my headaches tremendously. Would highly recommend.*update*. Many moons later, and I still am purchasing this brand. I’ve tried SO many different brands, but this is my go-to oil. I actually use this in my classroom. I have many children going in and out through the day and they ALWAYS let you know what they think. Well, if I have a different oil in, they can tell as soon as they come through the door. I kid you not, my middle schoolers, especially, let me know right away I don’t have that “clean” smelling one in. I LOVE â¤ï¸ this oil. Will continue to purchase as long as they make it (and don’t change it).*update to update* 🙂 I have no idea at this point how many times I’ve bought both the 10 ML and the 2 OZ larger bottle. They are consistently good and I’ve never had a bad bottle in either size. It makes my classroom smell so pleasant without being overpowering at all. I start my diffuser at 7:30 a.m. and run it until around 3:30 p.m. and its always nice. I have other teachers come to my room just to “relax and unwind” as they say. lol. I will continue to purchase this oil until they quit making it, or change the formula. This and Young Living’s Thieves oil are all I use now (I use the Thieves oil during the flu months).

I have occasional headaches mainly behind my eyes and I was looking for something more natural than taking painkillers each time. I love the smell and does seem to help a little with relief which is why I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5. The overall bottle size is a very good value so it should last a long time for many uses. I try to keep it with me for those occasional headaches…even went back for it specifically this morning before heading out due to a lingering throbbing on one side of my temples. In case this helps anybody, I’ve taken 2-3 activated charcoal capsules to help reduce headache pain which helps flush out toxins in my system. This review was written in May 2019.Update 8/22/19I woke up with a horrible headache yesterday to the point of throwing up twice. I took several acetaminophen which never lessened the pain and I remembered that I had this formula that might help. Within minutes of applying it liberally across my brow, temples and my upper cheekbones, the pain was diminishing. I applied a 2nd time a couple hrs later and all my pain left. From being miserable to freedom without medication I’d say is worth a lot! I’m raising this to 5 stars due to it’s tremendous healing effect! This really did the trick and I’m glad I had it on hand.

I have had mixed results with essential oils, and my husband is a full-blown skeptic and has teased me incessantly about my use of alternative medicine, but this has blown both of us away! I get intense caffeine headaches and on several occasions when I have had to have procedures done where fasting is required I have been able to use this oil and have found great relief. My husband is actually started asking me for it when he gets a headache!

I used to buy the more expensive M-grain from a different company till I found Helathy somutions. I will never go back to breaking my bank on that other brand.
