Then, with no prompting from me, offered to send me a new bottle free, even after I made clear only a little was lost from my first bottle and I had been more upset about the mess I had to stop and clean up. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Sincere, quick apology … with no guilt-tripping or excuses. Well-written emails. Resolution better than I had even thought to consider. So, I changed my rating to 5 Stars. Company deserves it for superior customer service attention… and the product is excellent.Updated:. I upped my rating from 3 to 4. Product itself is fine. Used it this evening. The bottle that had the loose cap and leaked a bit also had the safety seal loose. It was stuck up into the cap but was able to get it out. I hadn’t noticed the seal earlier when I first wrote my review.Nothing wrong with the oil itself. However, I was greatly annoyed when I went to unwrap the bubble wrap from around the bottles. Both bottles had the security plastic on top though it was tighter on one bottle than the other. When I put my hand around the bottle with the less tight plastic on the cap, I discovered the cap was itself was loose and some of the oil had spilled out. The outside of the bottle, the bubble wrap that had been around bottle, my hand, and the area of the kitchen counter where I set down the bottle were all now oily.It appears care was taken to ensure safe delivery of unopened bottles … and only a bit of oil was lost. However, I’m very annoyed at the cleanup and someone should have been more careful and noticed something wrong. There appeared nothing amiss with the outside packaging. However, was surprised it was mailed in a USPO Priority bag rather than a box, especially since while an okay price, it wasn’t cheap.
