Faster acting than capsules!
These work well but do not order when the weather is very hot; mine came stuck together! I do live in a rural area so donât usually get deliveries until past 3 PM. The heat was over 110 and it happened. The soft gels are quicker working than capsules. I will order again just not during the summer heat.

Good if you are looking for a replacement for name brand.
I have issues falling asleep. These in gel form pills seem to work a little better than the hard pill form. The value compared to the name brand is much better and they work the same if not better. No taste. Easy to swallow.
