Supports dogs while they grieve the loss of a litter mate
Our chihuahuas are litter mates. They were the entire litter. They are sisters. Sadly one of them died on Saturday June 22, 2024. The remaining sister grieved heavily and is still very depressed. She was wandering around the house looking for her sister. She wasnât eating well, didnât want to go outside for walks, and didnât seem to enjoy car rides. We bought her the pink heartbeat puppy. At first she would get up and move away from it when we placed it near her. Now she snuggles up to it or next to it and seems to be sleeping much better. She has begun to eat regularly, go for walks, and seems to enjoy car rides. She still seems to be grieving but she and her sister were never apart for their entire lives. They turn 14 on August 30, 2024. So far this puppy has been perfect. It is so soft, long enough to spoon her entire body, and has no scent that I can sense. I am sure she smells the cloth, heart beat mechanismâs plastic, etc. The heartbeat is a little faster than an adult dogâs regular rate. But, our sweet tea cup chihuahua doesnât seem to mind this. Or, she has such good manners she is being polite by not mentioning it. ðððð

Perfect puppy helper
I bought for a litter of small breed orphanPuppies I was fostering. The item was super soft and cuddly. I turned it on mostly at night and I think it helped the puppies sleep.

Must have for puppies leaving their litter
My new pups are only 8 weeks and just left their litter mates. This stuffed toy has been extremely helpful for easing their anxiety. They sleep on it very comfortably. Having both pups is easier on them but if i only had one this item would be extremely necessary and worth every penny.

The new puppy likes it
Not sure how much it helped her sleep, or comforted her because she slept in her crate all night even without it. But the heartbeat does last 8 hours and shuts off automatically. The puppy plays with it outside of her crate as well not is very soft. Pleased with the purchase.

Works like a charm if you can get it to turn on
This heartbeat snuggle puppy is a great thing – as long as you can get it to work. It does not come with batteries so you should have some to be ready to use it. I got it for my new puppy who cried all night her first night home. Ordered this at 5 a.m. and it was here for our 2nd night together. Hallelujah, we all got some sleep and have been sleeping until 6 each morning. The problem is that the heartbeat disk does not turn on or off easily. I have to push the button over and over to get it to turn on or off. Very frustrating. I even bought new batteries and itâs still not working properly so no idea how long it will work before finally failing.

My little guy loves his momma dog! We ordered after several âruffâ nights of kennel training. It has made a huge difference. Have had for about 5 weeks and have replaced the batteries 1x. (Dont use cheap batteries.) He will drag it out of the kennel and lay with it to nap. So sweet. Worth the money!
