Iâve been using this product for almost a year now, and it has been great at protecting me from sun damage, especially with my melasma. Iâm at half the bottle now, and I have some very significant side effects. Nausea, dizziness, fatigue, and extreme hunger. I exercise 6 times a week, after taking this supplement, I could not perform at all. Energy level is almost zero. I thought I was sick initially as no supplement has given me any side effects. After doing some research on Nicotinamide, 500mg is too much for the body to take. Definitely for me. I will decrease to one capsule a day and see how my body will react. If side effects is still significant Iâll stop totally.
