You just canât buy better summer sausage than from hickory farms. Got it quickly and it lasted only a few days. Family loves it!

Great taste, impressive size
I bought this for my on-the-spectrum nephew’s 25th birthday. He loves summer sausage. There’s not a lot he likes or wants so Hickory Farms summer sausage always is a hit. I was surprised, and so was he and his mom, about how BIG the party size is. I didn’t even know this size existed until I decided to see if I could find this product on Amazon. I learned today, that ordering as late as Dec 12 means it will arrive after Christmas. Luckily we celebrate with this side of our family Dec 29 so fingers crossed that it gets here in time.

Closest to the old “Beefstick” H.F. was famous for years ago.
I’m not sure if this is the same “H.F. Beefstick” of ages past, but it’s apparently as close as you’re going to get these days. Now it goes by “Signature” beefstick. Pricey, at about $19 a pound, but not much more than others out there. Was a ‘Holiday’ treat as a kid for our family – 50+ years ago – oooh, that’s hard to admit!

Iâve purchased this a few times on Amazon and elsewhere. I would buy for my dad every year. This and cheese. He loved summer sausage with Limburger cheese. He passed a year ago but Iâm gonna order this and some stinky cheese again and make it my tradition to remember him when we would sit together and snack on it and the cheese.

Sent this to my dad. He was very please with the size and flavoring. He didnât say anything negative about itâs appearance or that it was questionable in any way. Iâd say that itâs a great purchase for how much you get. My dad is on a very limited budget and said he could eat on this for around 10 days which isnât bad at all for the twenty something price point when groceries are so high in price. I would purchase again and definitely recommend to anyone.
