Great no matter how you use them!
These noodles are so quick to make, and you can do so much with them. They’re soft but still have a nice chew to them, thinner than what I’m used to most udon noodles being, but I find I really like that when it comes to stir-frying. They also hold on to sauce really well, and when used in broth, they’re easy on the stomach. They’re tied in portions, which I find super convenient for serving sizes, and grouping them together seems to keep them from being tossed around and broken. I’ve ordered multiple times and never had any broken bundles, disregarding the odd end piece.While easy to make, I have to insist on rinsing once they’re done boiling – to keep them from getting too soft and to make sure they’re not too salty. Otherwise, great for any meal at any time!

This is going to blow your mind , they are noodles and they taste like noodles, I put them in boiling water for 15 minutes and then they got soft and tasted like noodles, I got to say, I am very impressed at these noodles coming in from the mail and then being noodles after I put them in a pot.Every day is a struggle to wake up, I dream of haveing no noodles and seeing my noodles walk away from me and blocking me on Socel media. I really can’t handle all the noodles that wont return my calls, but these noodles are not like that, I ordered them from the Internet and they just came in the mail, like magic.The factorys noodle making machine truly blew my mind, it not only made noodles but also put them in a bag for me to get in the mail and then put into boiling water.
