Disappointed
It’s not chewproof, false advertisement, and its cheap material. Doesn’t even give the dog any type of comfort. It’s like putting fuz on a tarp. Refund?

Definitely chew proof
Usually I buy Homby dog beds as they are best for my active Australian Shepherd. The are always quality products and very much chew proof which my dogs love to chew everything. I got this blanket so my shepherd can sit at the end of the bed and I wouldnât get all the fur on my covers but in his blanket. The blanket is washable and cleans up nicely. I can use fresh smelling softeners to always have a clean smell where he lays. The blanket is not like others as there is no crinkling sounds when he tries to get comfortable. The blanket is lightweight and can be used on the bed, the couch, the floor or even on the concrete by the pool. Thank heaven it is waterproof as it has ended up in the pool once or twice but cleans up nicely. The only issue we have is that itâs a blanket and not a bed and seems to find its way to the floor a lot. But he still hasnât chewed on any corners or damaged it in any way. Very nice blanket for the diff and he seems very comfortable with it

Dog blanket
Not worth it.He’s chewed it. 1 side is material and the other is hard cold and not material. It’s like plastic or something…Not Worth The Money..

Seems Strong
The blanket has withstood multiple chewing assaults that nothing else has been able withstand. Seems to be a good product.

ONLY the bottom is chew resistant!
While I’m well aware of late that I have a big time “aggressive chewer” (I say committed, focused chewer!!) this little “blanket” did not hold up to her for even a couple minutes! She seemed almost to take it as a dare and had ripped a few holes in the top of the blanket in no time flat!! Despite trying to intervene and hope for better luck, she ripped that thing to shreds! It will be the last blanket I give up on, I tell you!!Will say that I cut the ragged edges and for whatever reason (no idea yet?! lol) kept it which is essentially just the “bottom” layer that looks water resistant. She did get a couple small holes in it- but you can only see them if you hold it up in front of the light (and it shows up great since it’s black)I wasn’t going to ding two stars for this fact as I know the major problem is her…..but I’m getting a bit tired of the listings for SPECIFICALLY “indestructible” and “for aggressive chewers” and so forth with nothing to really back it up!! Also, this was so bizarre that it took me a minute to figure out what it even was after taking it out of it’s bag. Almost like someone deflated a kennel pad and folded it up! Had planned to use it with the closest thing I’ve gotten to indestructible as it’s somewhat flat with minimal padding. Was hoping to have a blanket worthy of leaving her with as she has terrible “separation anxiety” and will shred anything left in there to pieces unless it’s one of a couple toys she’s not been able to destroy…SO much for that idea!! ;-)I’m sure if you have a docile well behaved dog- and no teething puppies- AND if you aren’t thinking this is a blanket in the classic sense of the word, then this may be a great find for your dog/house!!FYI- the “top” layer (not bonded together or anything- you can just cut around all the way to the edges) is like a fuzzy thick blanket…and as stated the bottom layer on both sides is a somewhat shiny more plasticky material that may or may not be waterproof/resistant. Haven’t tested it yet as I’m not sure what I am going to do with it! 😉

Bed blanket
Was supposed to be indestructible, she chewed through it in no time. This is not a blanket it is more like a mat. Although it looked thick in the pictures, it was probably 1/8 to 1/4 inch tops. Very dissatisfied.

Leakproof, chew proof blanket for pups who have occasional accidents
This is somewhat better than a disposable doggy pee pad. It definitely looks better if you put it on the floor or on a piece of furniture. It seems like a good item to have on a couch for dogs that like to get wet, run in the house and hop up on a chair or couch.. Might be useful for younger dogs that are housebroken but still have accidents. Our corgi is getting older and sometimes can’t wait until we let her out. She started having accidents on one of her beds. I put this blanket over her bed to see if it helps, because washing her bed has become problematic.. it is stuffed with foam and you never know if it is totally dry. She is a chewer. She hasn’t chewed this one yet. It seems pretty sturdy. My only concern is washing it. In warm weather, I would probably hose it off, scrub it with a bit of detergent, rinse it and let it dry outside. I am not sure what I will do it the winter. Typically, items with leak proof backing don’t do well in the dryer. I think it will be good to protect the wood floor from when she comes in our back door in the winter. The 30 Ã 40 size is perfect for her. If I wanted to keep something like this at the door though, I would consider one size down. If I wanted to protect a rug or larger area, I would definitely size up. Time will tell how it stands up and whether it retains any odor. I think it is a bit expensive myself, but many pet products seem to be costly, so that is up to the buyer. Certainly less expensive than having carpet cleaned or repairing a couch. I think it would also be handy in a car if you like to take your dog to the beach or out in rainy weather.

Not worth it.
This blanket didn’t last a day. It’s not worth $70 dollars and I will be seeing a refund.
