I wore this for my power circuit class today and it met my needs for the high energy training session. It’s a cute top for casual wear as well.Even though it’s mostly polyester, it had the feel of cotton t shirt material. I like the edgy cut off the back of the shirt.Be aware that if you’re doing mountain climbing floor work or any kind of work where you are bent down, the shirt will slide down a bit, thereby exposing your tummy. So I wouldn’t recommend it for yoga unless midriff exposure is ok with you.I’m 116 lbs and 5’5″ and the small fits fine.
