Itâs awesome !
I donât usually fill out these reviews however I am so happy for this skinny pearl couscous that I had to say something. As someone that is constantly doing the low carb low cal thing and trying to find more delicious foods to add to the possibilities, I had to try this couscous. Many meals I have had the long noodles that are like the skinny type but a different brand. I had gotten use to the aldente texture faint weird but ok taste and thought this product the skinny couscous would probably be the same just in little round balls. I was very wrong! This skinny couscous is so very soft like real pearl couscous or tapioca texture, and it has absolutely no weird taste at all. It is amazing. Even if I wasnât doing the low carb low cal thing I would still eat it at meals. We will be reordering many times. I wanted to let dieters, life changers, and other people aware of how great this is. FYI you obviously add what you want to the skinny couscous but we like to add a little vegan butter, veggie broth, garlic powder, onion powder, teeny amounts of basil and paprika, and some drops of lemon juice.

Good!!!
As a diabetic, I have tried all of the pasta substitutes, the worst of which was spaghetti squash. LOOKED like spaghetti, tasted strange and nothing like pasta. This stuff is danged close, close enough that I enjoyed a spaghetti meal tonight for the first time in maybe 6 years. I think I have this a few times and I’ll settle in to believing it IS spaghetti LOL. I’m ordering more. I was also pleased and surprised that it comes in pouches already cooked… yes, literally toss it in the microwave and get eating. If you’re diabetic, I recommend this highly.

Could be a problem
We are new to a Gluten Free diet, so we were excited to find this possible substitute. Buyer beware! We read reviews before purchase, so we were on the look out for questionable bags. Ordered a 6 pack of angel hair and a 6 pack of Fettuccini. Made it through 2 bags of the Angel hair before finding a questionable bag, dumped that. Fast forward a few weeks, made some Fettuccine Alfredo with 2 bags, out of bag looked great, threw it in with my warm sauce and served it up. Tasted off, not like the Angel Hair, and it was very rubbery. Funny thing is after going back through our food journals, we noticed when we ate the Angel Hair, we both experienced intestinal discomfort and all the things with that afterwards. After the dinner of fettuccine, we were both up in the middle of the night with problems. Did some more investigating, and found that the Konjac root products can be highly indigestible for certain individuals. Found that if you eat a lot of it, there can be intestinal blockages. Not sure how to process all this. Seems a shame to waste the rest of this, but we most definitely do not want to go through that again. I would love to get in touch with the company, but their website does not have a customer service number or email, only contacts for orders and shipments. All I can say is do your research and maybe find a single bag in the store and try it out before you sub out.

Not pasta but good and very low carb & low cal
Quick and easy to prepare not squishy but more firm like al dente. So low in calories that you can eat a lot of it. I usually eat it with spaghetti sauce and sautéed vegetables like yellow and green squash, onions, peppers and spinach.

Unbelievably perfect!
I was going to leave a lengthy review explaining my love of pasta and how, because my wife and I eat a low carb diet, I’ve craved pasta for the past 5 years. No one cares about my life so all I’ll say is Skinny Pasta IS better AND is easier to make than traditional pasta. Yes, I said it, Skinny Pasta IS BETTER THAN ANY PASTA I’VE EVER HAD!

Use them like Asian noodles!
I was looking for a way to diet a bit while still having noodles that taste good and trying these was like hitting the jackpot. They are super simple to add to a dish, don’t have any weird smells or flavors, and sauce can stick to them a bit, so using them in a recipe is super easy. I will say that, despite the name, these noodles would probably be a weird texture in Italian dishes. Thankfully, my first meal was a play on Thai Drunken noodles, so a bouncier, chewier noodle was perfect. I think Asian dishes that need that texture will be much more successful overall, so I think I will be sticking to that realm of cooking with these. I will absolutely be keeping these in stock in my pantry.

Ok noodle replacement
Honestly these are ok. Not much flavor but great for diet. No carb, no calorie substitute. Texture is a bit weird. Kinda like biting into thin rubber but honestly, Iâd buy them again.

Lifesaver for keto living
Iâve never missed pasta when I decided to break away from carbs. But I was getting really hungry for pad Thai and thought Iâd never have it ever again. These noodles are AMAZING. they are kind of like tofu in that they take on the flavor of whatever you cook them in, which is great. They could not be easier to use either. Rinse them and heat them in the microwave. Sometimes I will get them in avocado oil for a bit of crispy texture. But they never seem to burn either. One pack is a perfect serving for two. These are NOT egg noodles. But if you are truly keto and eliminating processed carbs, these are invaluable.

I heated 1 pouch up for 5 mins in a pan with some pesto, added some roasted chicken and it was lovely.Light and hit the spot! Great pasta replacement.

This product is discusting the texture is gross ,feels like your eating like a chewy worm or a blob of fat off a pork chop
Kimmie –
taste good with alfredo sauce. this is a good choice for keto spaghetti.
Samantha Pottie –
I was impressed. The only ding is it has a bit of a bouncy chew to the noodle, but it absorbs any flavors added to it so I’m impressed. Looks more like a Ramen noodle rather than spaghetti.

you wont even know its not actual pasta.
