Made for Folks with Not Much Time on Their Hands!
The flavor is, well, flavor-able with a hint of smokiness to make it taste good without being over-powering.
If you had the time, a pound of smoke cured bacon, and cooking it until just before crispness – you have this product – although with a greater amount than with the 2.5 ounce bag provides.
As my headline stated, this product is for folks who don’t have the time to cook a pound of smoke-cured bacon to yield small portions to eat later. It is ready to eat out of the package, albeit, the consistency of cooked and before crispiness-cooled bacon. Heating it up a bit in a microwave (out of the package of course) for a short bit yields a nice hot snack.
The next best thing would be Honey-cured or Maple-cured bacon.
If you like limp bacon at room temperature, refrigerated temperature, or warmed temperature, you will like this product. It does make a good on-the-go snack, or when warmed, can complete a BLT.

These are great but canât give this 5 stars
Jack Links bacon jerky is delicious but there is one problem with this product: the bags are cheaply made and the adhesive holding the zip lock comes off easily, leaving you with a bag that wonât seal. Just make sure you eat them quick I guess ð
