So….the first package arrived damaged. It was packaged in a bag and the contents inside were squished and splattered all over within the bag. However, I requested a replacement item and it was replaced rapidly and in good shape so I really appreciate the ease in which this was handled. I’m ordering this product again because it’s great for my aging, course, curly hair. In my case, it does not straighten my hair; rather, it does a great job in smoothing the frizz and, with my particular hair, actually seems to define my curls into non-frizzy shape. It only takes a small amount, is light in consistency and I use a cool to warm (never hot) setting on my dryer, but only to get my hair started (maybe half) in drying. I let the final dry be air dry.

I loved this product, you don’t need much for it to work. Just work a pea size amount into damp hair, and blow dry straight with a brush. This is the only thing I have found that really straightens my hair! Great value, also

Si quita el frizz. La verdad la primera vez que puse el producto el cabello me quedó con frizz. No sé si fue porque use poco producto. La segunda vez aplique más y puse al final de la crema el sérum de la misma marca. Y me quedó perfecto. Mi cabello se espoja y tiene frizz y con los productos parece que me lo alacie. Las puntas del cabello se me paran pero PS para eso creo que no hay solución. El cabello no queda pegajoso y no tiene un olor penetrante. Se los recomiendo mucho !! Sobre todo para las que parece que nunca nos peinamos.
