These are delish!
I have allergies. Jovial not only makes amazing GF pasta, but it tastes good! It has good texture and is made with quality ingredients. I made this lasagna with the noodles per the cooking time on the box. My husband and I loved it. Some of the noodles were broken in transit but who cares. You’re covering it with sauce and chesse anyway. Lol

I’ve been strick GF for seven years. To be honest, I just stopped cooking anything that had flour as an ingredient. Recently, hubby, has been in the mood for some comfort food. I started researching various GF products. He specifically asked for lasagna. The jovial gluten free brand offers two ways of preparing your meal. Boil and no boil. I did the NO BOIL this first time. I used 9 noodles; three layers of three. Plenty left in the open and unopened box to make two more meals. Keep in mind, I have not had pasta in years. I loved it. The texture was perfect. The taste was scrimptious. Easy to use. My husband and our neighbor is not strick gluten free folks. They both said the lasagna was really good; taste and texture. I did use four different kinds of cheese, awesome sausage and jovial’s suggestion to add egg to the ricotta but I’m sure none of that had anything to do with how well this meal turned out. It must have only been the top notch noodles. A few of the noodles were broken in transit. Just so you know, the broken noodles tasted exactly like the whole noodles.

Broken bits
Jovial pasta is great gf pasta and lasagna noodles are difficult to find. Happy to find these, but they were so broken up when they arrived they were no longer lasagna. Just bits and pieces.

Mostly broken, but taste great
Most of the lasagna sheets were broken in both boxes I ordered. Yes, I had to piece them together, would prefer not to. With that said they made a delicious lasagna. The sheets have a bow to them, probably causing breakage in transit

Love Jovial GF Lasagne. Great texture
Jovial is the best. My local grocery stopped carrying it, so off to Amazon i go. Why the best?! I am an average to poor cook. And I can make an awesome crock pot lasagna , with perfect noodles every.single.time. No pre-cooking required! No joke. No pre-cooking required, and it holds up! I’m almost famous for it, and my gluten free family love that noone knows or can tell it is gluten free. We take Crock pot lasagne (GF) to all our fall, outdoor, need warm food gstherings. Layer your jovia GF lasagne (straight from the box) in a crock pot, and cook high 1 hour, then drop to low for 3 more hours minimum. 6 max. Meat, sauce, lasagna, cottage cheese, spice and parm mix. Repeat. Meat sauce lasagna, cottage cheese with spices and parm mix. Top layer is with sauce and a few mozz slices.
