It has held up pretty good. I have made numerous bread in it and still going strong.

Perfect size and does the job
You donât need a proofing basket for bread making but this basket gives your loaf a nice shape, which after proofing overnight in the fridge keeps its shape when you empty it into your Dutch oven. And the dough doesnât stick especially if you coat the basket with gluten free flour. I use coconut flour for that. And the basket can be used for years if cared for.

I like them but they are smaller then I thought i guess I didn’t measure the right part.Make sure you flour the heck out of these otherwise bread swill stick . Otherwise good value for the price.
