This product is amazing!!!!
I recently tried this egg substitute for making omelets, and it has been fantastic! The texture and taste are incredibly close to real eggs, making it perfect for fluffy and delicious omelets. JUST Egg is an amazing product
I typically like the Egg Folded by JUST Egg they are super easy to make and not messy. This stuff can be a pain to clean after making scrambled eggs but they are very good! I found another amazing reason to use this now! If you are baking or making brownies use this instead of cracked eggs! It’s perfect!

Scrambled Every Day!!
OMG! How JUST Egg has worked its way into my life! I scramble two servings of it almost every day for breakfast with a half slice of Daiya vegan cheese to make it an omelette, sprinkle it with vegan bacon bits, and wrap it in a high fiber tortilla and have a healthy, tasty and filling high fiber, high protein, low calorie (260 calorie) breakfast. A great start to my day!

I love this stuff, but it is expensive and sticky!
The best product I’ve ever seen at turning a non-stick pan into a super-sticky pan. The end product is pretty tasty, but the mess can be overwhelming. Yes, there are tricks to improve the situation (namely, CONSTANT stirring/scraping with a silicone spatula over low-med heat), but I would really like them to figure that one out.It is consistent and convenient, and we haven’t quite perfected our home-made version yet. But that is a necessary exercise due mainly to the cost–this stuff is stoopid expensive for mung bean juice.

Vegan Miracle Liquid
Initially, I was skeptical and admittedly a little freaked out by this liquid egg product. My wife grimaced as she tried it, but we’ve never looked back. The taste and texture are very satisfying – it really is reminiscent of real egg, but without the nasty stringy bits, half baked chicken fetuses or pieces of unwanted eggshell.This vegan miracle liquid has been a game changer for our weekend breakfasts. We love making full English breakfasts (vegan style) with impossible sausage, baked beans (the less sweet British version), fried mushrooms and grilled tomatoes, however it was previously missing the egg.This liquid also makes delicious omelettes. In fact, there are quite a few foods that I used to enjoy before becoming vegan that are once again possible! Next, Iâll be attempting egg fried rice and drunken noodlesâ¦My only hope is that as demand for this increases, it will drive the price down!

Perfect Egg Alternative!
This is soooo good. Donât get me wrong, I love a tofu scramble, but this has a more traditional egg taste and also is great for cheesy eggs w Follow Your Heart or another plant based cheese. Only downside is that the price has gone up since switching to the cardboard box.

Best carb friendly protein filled product
It is the best egg substitute. We use it routinely and is ideal for anyone who is diabetic and wants less carb and more protein. Just add a bit of spice. Great sub for vegetarians like myself who wants the omelet type of breakfast.
