Works great!
I was skeptical about purchasing these but donât regret it. I suffer bad knees from injury with the right knee giving out without notice. I have some relief but only when wearing it. It fits great for obese people.

Helped to reduce pain
I wore this band/brace the entire day, on the first day that I got it. When i went to bed that night, I slept without pain. This was the first night in over 3 months that I was not awaken with pain. I actually overslept the next morning. I am now wearing it to work, it has been on for over 8 hours and I am able to walk without the sudden pain that I would feel in my knee. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because the Velcro scratches against my skin.

Helps with Knee Pain
I have knee occasional pain in one knee when walking. I have not had extensive testing so cannot say exactly what causes my pain..But at age 72, I am sure ageand arthritis have something to do with it. My Dr had ordered a larger type knee brace. I only wore it during the Winter months. So I looked for a smaller type that would be more comfortable to wear. This is it! It is simple to put on, helps stableize my knee and is very comfortable to wear. I ordered the plus size and it is very adjustable and true to the size given in the description.

Material gives with use.
In my initial review I liked the product. During the third use I noticed I had to pull the straps tighter. It was so tight it was digging into my skin, but it did not offer the support it had in the two previous uses. The material is soft, I believe it gives as you use it. I will be returning. If it did not stretch with use it would be a great product.

Surprisingly awesome.
I bought this do to an injury and all I can say is I noticed a difference immediately. And after a few days of wearing it. Iâm almost back to normal.

I am not the one who enjoys writing negative reviews on a product. But I have to be honest with my experience with Karm knee straps/bands to give other potential buyers a heads up.With my gym (24 Hour Fitness) temporarily closed due to the pandemic, I have been jogging (boxer’s jog) 3 to 4 times a week. My protection in the beginning was one Ace knee strap/band on my right knee and nothing on my left knee. I had no knee pain whatsoever. I figure I should protect both my knees with straps/bands, so as I was surfing Amazon for knee straps/bands, I came across Karm. After reading all the positive reviews and the fact that Karm produces plus sizes, I figure this would be a good investment for my knees. Note: I am 6’3″ 289 Pounds. I decided to purchase a pair of Karm knee straps/bands (plus size). After purchase, took about a week to arrive.Upon arrival, I was so excited to try them on to see how Karm knee straps/bands feel. After making the adjustments and putting them on, the comfort was amazing. However, the big test was my jog the following day. Next day, I go for my jog. Throughout my entire 30 minute jog, my knees were in slight pain. Scale of 1 to 10 of pain? Level 3 to 4 pain out of 10. 2nd day, I made adjustments to the straps/bands and figured I did something wrong. The same thing happened again. Pain throughout my 30 minute jog. Level 3 to 4 pain out of 10.Decided after 2 days of pain, to return Karm straps/bands for a refund (No problems there) and went back to Ace knee strap on my right knee and nothing on my left knee. I am glad that Karm knee straps/bands worked out for most; it did not workout for me.Note: Unfortunately, Ace does not make the same knee straps/bands that I have. The newer model is not as good as the older model. I did order McDavid knee straps/bands. It’s pretty similar to the older model Ace knee strap/band that I have.Stay safe everyone.
