Great for fine hair
Smells great and works well for my fine hair without making it greasy. Definitely adds volume to my roots, does leave my hair a bit âstickyâ feeling as if I did a light spray of hairspray? But I think thatâs how it holds its volume. I apply it on damp hair and blow dry it.

And after one application my hair remained thicker-looking for days. Even after I brush it repeatedly, my hair stays perfect. No more scalp showing. It isn’t sticky, nor does it leave my hair feeling dirty. Just be sure not to use too much mousse. After you shake it, it tends to come out fast. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.I highly recommend Kenra Platinum Thickening Mousse. I’m so happy I discovered it!

This mousse is amazing and does what it says. It gives great volume, does not weigh down, no greasy look, not sticky, no strong smell. It does not cause hair fall out or itchy scalp. Best one Iâve tried and will be buying again. Highly recommend.

Performs as expected
Kendra is a great brand, and I have used many of their products. I have found that Kendra products work well with my hair type which is thin, and fine. This mousse is no exception. It is a thicker mousse than many I’ve tried, and it did a good job of giving my hair some light volume. I do like the way that this product isn’t heavy, and does not weigh my thin hair down. I will continue to buy this, and many of the Kendra line products.

Made Fine Hair Volumized
I love Kenra products and this Thickening Mousse is perfect for my fine hair. It has a wonderful scent. My hair is not sticky and it styles great and holds all day. Ive tried tons of products that claimed to thicken and add volume, but they were huge disappointments. Kenra definitely works the best for my hair. Arrived well packaged.

Really want to rate a 5 but Dried out my hair horribly
I really love this product as far a volume and that it is lightweight on my short straight color treated hair! The only reason why I have had to give it three stars is the fact it has dried out my hair. It has dried it out so that I have to change my shampoo and conditioner, my hairstylist has had to treat my hair for the dryness, and I have added a leave in product to try to combat the dryness. Even with all the changes this product still dries out my hair. It is frustrating because it actually gives my hair the volume I need for a bob but I cannot keep damaging my hair. Iâm going to try to find something that will give me the volume of this product without the damaging results. I wish it could be reformulated. The Kenra 12 Mousse is runny. I took to my hairstylist and she had to really shake it hard to produce a head of foam from it. Plus when I use it I do not get the same results from it as I do with the Platinum Thickening Mousse. Wish me luck to find something that works as far as volume but without the drying effects.
