Solved a 12 year problem!!!
I am 72 years old. In 2003, I was diagnosed (thru an open lung biopsy) with pulmonary fibrosis (caused by exposure to formaldehyde gas). I also had pulmonary hypertension (caused by scarring of the pulmonary artery from the formaldehyde). I was suppose to die within 6 years (at most). About 2007, I discovered the Strict Ketogenic Diet (SKD) as a means to minimize the production of C02 in my body (as my lungs cannot easily remove it). While on SKD for 2 years and MSKD (Modified SKD) for 4 years, I had no problem with respiratory acidosis (caused by build-up of C02 in the body). However, I developed a deficiency which was creating its own problems. Therefore, I transitioned from MSKD to low carb (~75 grams per day) until the deficiency was no long noted. Now I had a problem with respiratory acidosis again! I had to make a choice…..deficiency or acidosis….!!! I chose to go back on SKD last April (2018) and attempt once again to deal with the deficiency. This time, it surfaced much faster than before. Finally I found this vitamin-mineral combo for those on SKD. AFter 3 days of taking it, all symptoms of deficiency were gone, digestive pain related to fats (~200 grams per day as fat must be 85%-90% of Total Caloric Intake on SKD) were gone. I could mention more but this is a good indicator of how effective this product can be. I am glad someone thought to put together this combo.

Lot of nutrients in a little pill
Noticed my hair was starting to fall out while on Keto diet. Figured I was lacking some essential nutrients. Gave these a try, and it seemed to do the trick. Only complaint is my urine is dandelion yellow now… may reduce from 3 pills which was suggested down to 2. Overall pleased with purchase.

Impressed
I started the Keto diet on and off again for the past two years, lose a little here, a little there, trying different vitamins over this time period. So about a month ago I thought I would go back to a Keto lifestyle and picked up these vitamins. Chapped lips are gone!
I started using this product about a week ago and man it’s impressive! I have been on the Atkins induction phase for over a month and I started experiencing unusual hair brittleness and chapped lips. I hate taking vitamins because of the weird aftertaste so I thought I need to try something that would be stronger than what I was using so if I skip a day it won’t be so bad. This product is very is very impressive! I was pretty impressed with how fast the lip peeling and dry skin stopped. It took about maybe 2 or 3 days for me to start noticing a slow change and by the end of the week it stopped I was really impressed. Also it didn’t taste so bad. This really is just one weeks worth of usage but I have noticed a significant change in my health. I’m sleeping a lot better too which is really great. However I’m interested in seeing what happened after a month. I’m still on the induction phase I’m trying to stick with it for about 2 months and hopefully I can check back.
