Great tasting dark chocolate bars
If you already like the KIND brand and are partial to dark chocolate with sea salt, these are going to be great for you. This particular package will last a single person for at least a few weeks and they’re a great way that I was able to squeeze in a little protein into my diet in a delicious way!

Tasty and great for on the go
These KIND Bars Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt are really tasty. They are really crunchy and have nice large nuts throughout the entire bar. The dark chocolate is flavorful and not bitter and the salt adds a nice touch. They are nicely portable and make a great snack for on the go. Plus there is a good amount of fiber and some protein.

Delicious and great for any time of the day
These are called âdark chocolate, nuts, and sea saltâ but the primary ingredients are nuts. There are way more nuts than chocolate. So if youâre looking for a âchocolate bar,â this isnât thatâitâs really a nut bar.
Be that as it may, these are great and very delicious. Iâm sure theyâre perfect for hiking, for car trips, but I work at home and sometimes either forget to make mealsâlunchesâand sometimes Iâm just not in the mood for food prep. These are quick, delicious, and nutritious as both snacks and even a meal substitute.
Theyâre low on sugar, sodium, dairy- and gluten-free, and high in fiber. Each bar is only 180 calories, and theyâre made in the US. The only possible very slight negative with these is that theyâre not the easiest on my teeth. Very crunchy. That said, I love these and give them the highest rating! The most difficult thing with these bars is not grabbing one every time I walk past the box!

Absolutely no chew
These dark chocolate and sea salt Kind bars are delicious, strong on the nuts with just enough chocolate and salt to taste without being overwhelmingly sweet. However, there is absolutely no give to these bars AT ALL. They are as hard as a crunchy granola bar, but with larger chunks due to the nuts. I say this only because I wasn’t expecting them to be quite that stiff and hard to bite. However, if you know this and like this sort of bar, these will be absolutely delicious. Me, I prefer a bit of chew, but I’ve still found myself reaching for these when I want a snack to put a little substance in my belly without all of the extra stuff.

A great pack-and-go option.
To barrow some terminology from the coffee world, I found this bars to have exceptional “clarity” of flavor; each of the major ingredients stood out very well and was easily identifiable on it’s own. Texture was a bit brittle, offering a clean *snap* when breaking a chunk off the bar, but had a degree of toughness to it in the chew, not unlike that of nuts that had been mixed with raisins and sat for a while.
While they have an ingredient list you don’t have to feel bad about, at 180 calories per, these sit somewhere between what I would consider a snack and a full-on meal bar. If looking for the former, I think I’ve seen these available in a 90 calorie half-bar as well.
The “best by” for the unit I received was dated approximately one year from time of delivery, and was -packaged as 6 boxes containing 6 bars each. As of the time of review the price seems a little on the high side compared to brick & mortar pricing in my area.

Great tasting
These are great tasting health bars. These are perfect for hiking, camping or afternoon snacks. These are a little hard to chew if you have some teeth issues. I found these to be good when I grind them up for adding to ice cream. These have a very good flavor.

well balanced sweet/salty with good fiber content
Iâm a huge fan of dark chocolate, and these bars are a really nice flavor profile around dark chocolate and almonds. The sweetness comes from the honey content holding it all together – the chocolate really is that deep dark chocolate. The saltiness isnât too harsh (neither is the sweetness). The bars are a hard crunch and take a firm bite to get through, but it isnât overly dry or unpleasant.
From a nutritional value side, these bars make a good snack choice not just from their headlining 6g of protein but also the 7g of fiber.
At the current price of about $50, it is a little steep, but the chocolate/nuts combo is just about decadent enough to justify it.
