Good brace for medium support
– sizing seems accurate. Iâm female/ 5â, 5â / 138 pounds with average thighs for that weight / Ordered a Medium knee brace- material is thin enough I can easily bend and squat without it being too stiff and cutting circulation the way thicker neoprene (scuba suit fabric) sometimes does.-does offer light compression of the knee and surrounding area.- Offers âMediumâ support if gauze offers âlightâ support and thick neoprene offers âStrongâ support.- Velcro on straps allows for minor adjustments to straps but could be better.- Two squiggly lines of silicone around the top inside of thigh to help it from slipping off thigh. (See photo) They really do help.- elastic straps are a good length to cross under the knee and wrap around thigh to adhere to Velcro (see my measurements and sizing).- The grey pattern on brace and shiny netting elastic of the straps (see photo) donât serve much of a purpose if any.

Great support
I do a lot of yard work and felt my knee give way as i was walking down a hill in my back yard. The pain was excruciating and knew i had to do something so i could continue cleaning up this massive yard. I was pleased to see that this not only gives me great support but also is very feminineâ¦.i would recommend it to everyone who is very physical including seniors who tend to have joint problems as we age!!

So itâs great for pain relief except the rubberized band at the top will not stop rolling down once it starts it will not stop . The Velcro bands are a great extra but the rolling is a pain in its self ⦠and

Great support
This support brace works very well, has a great fit, itâs according to size and the compression it gives is wonderful. Im a nurse and worked a 12 hour shift while using it and it was very effective. My knee did not swell up and my pain was not worse at the end like it usually is, actually it felt better. Iâm usually not one to leave a review but for this I will.

Too tight
I ordered the Xtra large but was a little too tight for me (I fluctuate between xl and 2xl but didn’t want it to be too loose that it didn’t work. By design it appears that it’ll help relieve pressure from my knee but I won’t know until I lose a little more weight to wear it.

True to size and adjustable
Love the compression and support it offers. The material is breathable and flexible while still maintaining support and compression. The Velcro strap is nice and depending on how tight you want it, you can use to really strap down and compress where it truly needs to be.
