This sleeve did not work for me, but is still a good product
I bought this sleeve to fit under a knee brace After having knee surgery. My brace kept slipping down to my ankle, so the doctor suggested ordering a sleeve to help hold it up. When I put the brace on over the sleeve, the brace would just pull the sleeve down with it. So it did not work for that purpose, but otherwise it was soft and felt good on my leg.

This brace undersleeve is amazing. Super comfortable. Well made. Mostly cotton.It has made the difference between being unable to wear my knee brace to being able to use my brace.I ordered a second one so I can rotate them out.It says in the instructions to wear the undersleeve inside out so the seam is on the outside not touching the skin. I had to wash it a couple times before that weird new fabric smell went away, but now it’s fine. I air dry it.My brace size is a large. After measuring my thigh and reading reviews I ordered a medium. Fits perfect.

I could smell this item before removing it from package. I am HIGHLY sensitive to pungent fragrances. Fragrance likely came from the manufacturing process. I had to wash this four times and use baking soda to get it to lose some of the smell. Enough so I could actually use it.The material texture and color is good. Just a little bit loose. But leg brace does hold it in place. The seem was done well. Sewing good. If it did not smell so strongly, I would have given it five stars.

So Much Comfort
My husband has to wear a knee brace (medical grade) and it was irritating his skin with sore spots. I got him this sleeve and what a difference it has made! No more red areas on his knee/leg area. The sleeve is nice and long so he folds the top excess part of it over the top of his brace. His pants easily glide over the sleeve too. We hand wash it to keep it from stretching in washing machine. Hang to dry. Very nice!

Poor quality
I bought this for under a knee immobilizer after meniscus root repair surgery. I bought a size large for a 21â thigh. The fabric is soft and has the right amount of light compression. Unfortunately, it lacks a band at the top so it rolls down, making it highly uncomfortable and ineffective at staying up on the thigh. Unless the product is redesigned to include an upper wide band, I would NOT recommend it.

I bought one of these to try under my leg braces.It works very well.I then found them locally 2 for $25.The one thing i would recommend when ordering is that you order the smaller size when it gives you a size option. They do stretch.
