Its firm and supportive but flexible so I can use it during workouts. Really helps my bad knee. Wish they had it in dark purple but thats just my color preference. lol.

They just didn’t fit. They were comfortable and kind of helped with pain relief and were great quality but when it came to performance and stability they fell short and would roll down.

I have been struggling with knee pain at the gym for months! Everytime I lift weights, my knees would begin to hurt after a few reps. I purchased these braces and immediately noticed the difference! Gives Strong Support
When my knee is sore I like to wear a soft elastic brace to keep it warm and offer gentle support. I tend to upsize the braces I order because I don’t want a tight fit…just gentle support. These braces are a new type for me and I was interested to find out if they work better than my older ones.The brace is a thick, but soft, very elastic double knit fabric with two zig-zag lines of silicone running around the inside of the top of the brace that keeps it from slipping down when worn. Both the top and the bottom edges are covered with a binding so they don’t ravel. I like that because braces with that kind of edge tend to last longer for me. The brace itself is snugger than some others I have tried. Not tight, just snugger so I would recommend upsizing if a looser fit is desired. If I had ordered the medium the chart showed I needed, it would have been too snug for the way I like braces to fit.The big difference is a long 2″ wide elastic strap sewn to the middle of the back of the brace. Following the directions I wrapped the strap from the back to the front of my knee then angled it upwards across the back of my knee before fastening both ends to the black pad near the top of the front. The strap is 34″ long in total unstretched.Wearing the brace with the straps fastened gives a lot more support than just wearing the brace. It was comfortable when standing and walking but I found the crossed straps behind my knee to be uncomfortable when sitting. There is too much bulk there.I would recommend this brace when walking. It will definitely help me keep up my early morning walking when my knee is sore. I will not wear this one when my day looks like it will have a lot of sitting though.
