The size I order didn’t fit, so I reached out to the company Jupiter for advice. They quickly responded to my request and set me out a new set of replacement of knee supports promptly! The representative (Wendy) was super friendly and accommodating! There needs to be more companies like this one!! Pleasure doing business with them & I would highly recommend them!!

Iâve probably went through a few knee sleeves this is the most durable and comfortable I have ever owned. I ordered a medium by mistake and contacted Jupiterâs customer support and they replied and sent me a replacement right away within 24 hours. They run a tad small so order a size up than your usual. Thanks again to Wendy, you rock!!

Good sleeves / Great customer Service
Had ordered large got them and realized I needed medium. Emailed them and within minutes had a email back asking for a few details and then said my replacements would be arriving the following week. It only took two days and I got the new ones. They do the job and look good. They run a little bigger than chart indicates so if your on the bubble M/L order a medium. Very nice construction. Excellent value.

Purchased these for my teenage son. He uses them all the time for his football training, and weight training. He says they fit great and are comfortable. I recommend measuring around the knee area and ordering the size recommended because the very fit quite nicely and true to size.

L’oggetto é conforme a quanto descritto. Forse vestono un po’ piccole quindi consiglio di prendere una taglia più grande. Al riguardo, le mie ginocchiere L erano molto piccole e quindi ho chiesto di cambiarle con XL e sono stati così gentili non solo da inviarmene un altro paio gratis lasciandomi anche quelle piccole (che ho regalato ad un amico) ma per un problema con il corriere che “non mi ha trovato a casa”, sono tornate all’hub di Bologna e quindi hanno dovuto organizzare la spedizione due volte. Veramente precisi e disponibili grazie.
