Great fit and comfortable for my pups
I purchased 2 of the small bags for my pups, who are 11.6 lbs each. They fit comfortably, and we allowed them to familiarize themselves with the bag prior to our trip. I recently traveled on Spirit Airlines and the bag was slightly too big (tall when laying down) to fit under the seat in front, but I quickly solved this by removing the bottom feet of the bag which easily comes off. I liked that there is a leash attached to the bag, which I attached to my dogs harness, allowing me to leave the window open for better airflow without worrying she would try to get out of the bag.I wish the bag had a luggage strap, however. the bag did get heavy, and the straps are so wide they hurt my arms and, at one point, cut off my blood circulation to my right arm. It was convenient to be able to roll the bag at that point. The side pockets are large and I was able to pack treats, water bottle, pee pads and their leash with room to spare. I do not think the insert is removable so I’m not sure how I would wash it if needed. Overall, this is the best travel case I have used thus far.Only negatives, as I mentioned, were the uncomfortable straps (too wide), so again I wish they could add a luggage strap so I could place it on my roller bag instead.

Overall Great Buy
Used this for my 8 month 25 pound Frenchie . With the base removed, fits perfectly in the middle or window seat of a Southwest flight. Too wide for an aisle seat. Removing one star for the difficulty level of removing the base while the animal is inside the carrier. Fine if you have an extra set of hands. The base will have to go in the overhead bin. Be sure to loosen straps to full length and tuck-in before rolling to prevent fraying.

Poor quality for what I paid.
I purchased this in Sept 2023 to use when we fly with our dog. It was stored in dry storage since then and never used. I just pulled it out as we are leaving soon on a trip and the zippers have coroded closed. Amazon will not allow for refund or exchange so I now have to order a new carrier.

Comfortable but not sturdy
I do like this bag and the versatility of ways to carry your pet with it, but having taken it on two flights now (initial and connecting) I’m disappointed with its level of sturdiness. My dog is as comfortable as he can possibly be while confined to a bag under a seat on a plane, and he has room in it, so I think it’s good on that front, but the velcro strap on the bottom that holds the removable plate with wheels in place is already ripping and we’ve only taken that piece out twice and traveled one way on our trip with it. We will see how it holds up for the trip back, but for how much money I spent on it I’m saddened that it hasn’t even lasted a single trip for us.That being said, some of the things I liked about it whole traveling is that there is a clip inside you can secure to your pet’s collar so that if you have one of the “screens” rolled down your pet can’t jump out (see pictures for what I’m talking about). I also like that the wheels are good quality and easy to roll, though you have to be careful with the straps on the backpack as they will dangle and get caught in the wheel if you don’t secure them. Overall I really want to like this bag, but given it hasn’t lasted the wear and tear of a single trip with it I would not consider buying it again.

Tenía mis dudas porque mi perrita es un bichón maltés de 5,8 kg y otras mochilas eran muy pequeñas para ella, pero con este tamaño grande es perfecto. Al principio le daba un poco de miedo para poco a poco con chuches y como recompensa ha ido entrando dentro. Está tan agusto que se queda un rato tumbada. Me parece perfecto para viajar y poder tener a tu peludo contigo o para que no se queme las patas con el calor del asfalto en las excursiones.
