Positively delicious
One of the best pasta products I have ever used. It cooks quickly, has a wonderful texture, never soggy. Lends itself well to traditional Italian dishes, soups, and plain with butter and salt. Price is unbeatable.

Great inexpensive pasta.
They taste good, they are inexpensive, the size is perfect for a pasta salad for a family of 5. I like to cook them and freeze them in quart bags for personal meal prep or personal pasta salad. Just let them thaw and add other ingredients. I really like that they come in smaller bags.

Hard to find
I donât know why, but bowtie macaroni has been impossible to find. This cooks up nicely and doesnât over swell when cooked. The 7oz package size is my only real complaint. Kind of small but I can just cook up 2 I guess.

HOORAY FOR LA MODERNA – A DIABETIC’S DREAM
I bought La Moderna pasta because it is made from 100% dorm wheat and has no salt. I was totally surprised at how delicious it is. After I tasted it, I told my friends about it and also ordered a second larger order. It was so inexpensive I was afraid it might become too costly; so, I stocked up.

This is pasta that will work for soup but not much else. It is a very mini version of the regular pasta.

Miniature size bowties
They cook up and taste as expected, but they are tiny bowties. The listing picture showing several on a spoon is entirely accurate. If you’re anticipating the same size that’s sold in grocery stores around here, you’ll be in for a surprise. They’re about 0.75 x 0.25 inch. Works well for soups and casseroles though.
