It does the job but very disappointed
The bag is less than half full and spreads to the sides when you set it on the face and every other one Iâve got before relieves my headaches but the lavender in this one has a funny smell that only makes my headache worse so Iâm very disappointed I wasted my money

I keep it in the fridge. It cools very nicely. The weight feels comfortable.I think it would be a bit more comfortable if the pillow was just slightly more narrow

I put it in the microwave on low for 15 seconds and almost started a fire! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE unless you will be using it ONLY as a cold pack!!!!
