My favorite gluten free brand
It’s a great product. Great consistency, it cooks up better than other brands I’ve used and holds up for left overs. Tastes great, my family and friends can’t believe it’s gluten free. This brand also offers the most pasta shapes for any dish I want to make. So glad I found it!

So glad to have fettuccine option
Ever since we tasted Le Veneziane pasta we have loved them! We use the elbows, spaghetti, lasagna and now the fettuccine noodle options for all our pasta cooking. My child has Celiac Disease and we had a rough time finding a gluten free pasta that she thought tasted close enough to gluten pasta for her to eat.I make home made mac n cheese and other one dish pasta meals with the elbows. I bought the fettuccine to make alfredo with and tonight I made home made chicken noodle soup is using the fettuccine noodles. The noodles come in small round bundle inside the package so I began boiling and separating them then I cut them up using kitchen shears to make a smaller noodle for my soup. The soup was a hit! Thank you so much for putting out such a wonderful gluten alternative noodle!

Incredible GF option
I miss eating semolina (wheat) based pasta. My system is much happier that I have been on a GF diet for over a decade though. I love eating rice on a regular basic. But most GF pastas are disappointing to me. I’ve mostly settled for the flat rice noodles used in Asian cuisine. Those are good. But different for sure. These corn-based noodles are very impressive to me. They have the same consistency as rice noodles but a flavor to them that seems more reminiscent to ones made from semolina flour. A certain “warmth” and “brightness” that’s hard to describe that is missing from rice noodles. Without the strangely mealy texture of some GF pastas. If you look closely at the photo I took you’ll notice some ridges along the pasta ribbon. I think they strengthen the noodles and maybe add a bit more substance to the mouth-feel.My wife and I generally cook two of these rounds per person. We usually have at least a little left over. So for us one package of 6 serves 3 person-meals. Naturally we eat this with a hearty sauce with protein of some sort. It’s not just noodles.If you’re looking for a GF dish resembling a classic Italian fettuccini with red sauce, this is a very good option.

Great gluten free option
I’ve been gluten-free since 2014 due to a health concern and have tried a lot of awful, mushy GF pasta since then. This is a really good fettuccine! It’s firm, not grainy, and absorbs sauce pretty well. It also holds up in the fridge for up to 3 days, just add a little water before heating up leftovers. It’s a little $ as are most GF foods, but the quality makes it worth treating yourself on occasion.

My Absolute Go-Go Pasta…Incredible Taste!
This pasta by far is one of the best if not the best gluten free pasta out there. One would never know that this is not semolina pasta. The taste is terrific and the pasta holds the sauce well. I use this fettuce for my red sauce, alfredo sauce, as well as a delicious ricotta, Parmesan and lemon infused olive oil sauce. The pasta has a good al dente bite to it as well. The only down side is the reheating for leftovers, still delicious but the pasta breaks up a bit…doesn’t hold it’s own the way semolina does but that’s the only difference. I also use their penne, and ditalini for soups. If you buy in bulk (4 packages) Amazon’s price is good and of course convenient. Leave it to Italy to put out a sterling product such as this pasta. This pasta is a win-win situation…. delicious, non GMO, well priced, door to door delivery and not from China, what more can I say? Buy it!
