Fantastic noise machine with wide range of fans and pitches.
This little device has singlehandedly kept me from going insane. I have a neighbor with poorly maintained heater and the low frequency noise keeps me up for hours. It penetrates everything, even noise canceling headphones. The LectroFan EVO has a wide variety of fan noises and pitches. I was easily able to find one that covered up the nauseating sound coming from my neighbor. No other sleep machine or white noise maker has come close to the peace that this thing has offered me. I’ve been running mine for months with no sign of problems. It even keeps my settings after multiple power outages. I highly recommend this sound machine. I bought a second one for another room because I liked it so much.

Better than Amazon Brown Noise and 300.00 speaker
I had a paid subscription to brown noise playing through an Amazon echo and sub woofer but the cut outs would actually wake us up and any internet issue left you with no sound , this product/s ( I bought a second) sounds fine has a lot of optionsand plays loopless and all night without issues , plus no subscription fee like Hatch and Amazon ad free brown noise

I love my Lectrofan!
The noise outside is overwhelming. Soundproofing the windows didnât help, and my box fan can only get so loud without turning the bedroom into a wind tunnel. I added this to the mix and it is such bliss having the perfect white noise. Thereâs a lot of options of sounds so something for everyone! Definitely small and portable enough to take with on trips, too. Easy to turn on and off, but the volume and sound buttons are so similar make sure youâre looking at it so you donât lose your favorite sound in the middle of the night.

Actually good deep brown noise
I have an issue with the neighbor above my bedroom being up and at it until like 2AM, consistently. This is the only noise machine that has been able to match the frequency of the ‘bang boom’ noises caused by poor floor/ceiling insulation, that makes it sound like someone is smashing cockroaches whenever they walk around. I have purchased 4 other noise machines, and this one takes the cake. It’s expensive but worth it. It doesn’t COMPLETELY solve the issue, but it’s the one that’s helped the most.Only con is that you have to ‘cycle’ through the noise selections, you can’t move forward and backward. You tap tap tap until you find the one you want and if you tap again you can’t go backward, you have to go all through the cycle again.

I rarely do this, but felt I owe it to the proprietors of this business.Everything about this unit is fantastic. The shape of it, the speakers, the ergonomic and intuitively placed buttons (on button on top, volumes and noise switchers underneath, in a triangular shape; very handy in the middle of the night).The AC in on the bottom features a neat little groove on the bottom which is held in place with a piece of plastic on the edge; very handy to keep the AC in cord in good shape. the USB on the other side WITH AN INCLUDED WALL JACK is very useful and thoughtful as well.Sounds are excellent as are the speakers, you get a great range of sounds in both type and pitch.I have 4 of these, having purchased 3 more for my car and kids’ rooms after the first one, and it’s been nothing but a major windfall every night with no issues. Grab this one.I just saw one review about longevity, where the reviewer felt that after 2 years of nightly use the speaker started to sound weird, but honestly if you can grab this on sale for 35 or 40 dollars is that even really a dealbreaker? I’ve only had it a few months, but if these all last me 2 full years I can only hope they’ll be available again at that time.

Game changer
I know I’m late to the game, but this device is a game-changer. I’ve tried ear plugs, but they caused hearing issues for me when I wasn’t wearing them. A couple of my friends recommended a white noise maker, which I’d never heard of. After losing countless hours of sleep over two decades of marriage, I bought this little device. It makes lots of different sounds and the volume and pitch are adjustable. Since I’ve been using it, my sleep has improved noticeably. I’m sleeping for longer periods of time and am dreaming again. I can remember my dreams now because they are lasting longer. That can be good and bad because no one enjoys nightmares. In any event, more sleep is a good thing in my book and that is exactly what this device helps me with. Highly recommend if you have a snoring partner.

Finally, a real quality sound machine
I have several sound machines. I recently had to purchase a new one and opted for a cheaper one. What I have found is that if you have very sensitive ears, you are able to detect the subtle looping sounds that occur with these devices. They manifest as very subtle sounds that occur about every 10-12 seconds as part of the loop when the sound is repeated. Almost all devices that I tested did this.This device was the exception. while a little more expensive than the others, it does not have any looping sounds that were noticeable and I was able to actually sleep because I wasn’t obsessing about the repeating sound. human brains identify patterns in sound and if you’re like me, it can become something that you listen for and then obsess about all night long which defeats the purpose of a sound machine to help you sleep well.Highly recommend this device It’s absolutely worth the money.

Lo uso en el cuarto de mis bebés y como bien dice el review el volumen del sonido es una de sus mejores cualidades ya que algunas veces los vecinos hacen reuniones y su patio da a la ventana de los niños y con solo subir un poco el volumen ni se enteran del ruido, también funcionó muy bien anoche que hubo muchos truenos y ellos ni cuenta se dieron. Yo tengo una máquina de WN pero es mecánica y el volumen si es bastante mas bajo además de que no se puede regular, creo que una de este tipo será mi regalo de cumpleaños.

In the summer, when AC and fans are running, I hear very little noise and this makes sleeping easier. However, in the cooler months, I would find external noises from the street and from the building would often keep me awake, or awaken me in the middle of the night, even from a sound sleep. I purchased this white noise generator with the intention of solving that problem and it has done so totally. The simulated fan noise is perfect for masking sounds and allowing me to get a great night sleep! I use the fan noise options, so it works perfectly for me. If you’re looking for the sound of waves or rain, the simulation isn’t as good as one where those noises have been recorded. But if you want a variety of “fan” type noises, this is perfect. The volume can be readily controlled and there are a variety of different fan noise profiles to choose. Easy to use and quite compact. Highly recommended!
