I’m am currently doing a calorie deficit diet and these are extremely satisfying!
I was eating an aloha cookie dough bar for breakfast in the morning, (which taste amazing and I also recommend!) but at 230 calories and 14g of protein it isn’t much. The legendary pop tart was wayyyy bigger then I thought! I’ve eaten it cooled and microwaved, both are delicious. Serious chocolate flavor, a little cakey, but not gritty and not dry! Only complaint is I wish it was slightly less sweet, just so I can not have those sugar cravings as much, but I just ordered 3 more flavors as my husband is already putting a dent in the box I just got!Btw if anyone was wondering I’m doing roughly 1650 calories a day, so this for breakfast is awesome.

Honestly the most delicious keto snack I’ve ever tasted
I’m honestly pretty sure these ‘protein pop-tarts’ are magic because they taste SO GOOD for something with so few carbs. The texture is definitely softer than you’d expect from a traditional pastry, but the flavor is amazing, they taste just like a frosted chocolate pastry with icing. I honestly don’t know how they get the flavor so spot on, compared to other low carb products (like the Quest cookies) there’s no contest.The only downsides are that these are *pricy* and that they don’t toast well. Putting them in a standard toaster will lead to them getting soft and falling apart in your toaster, but they warm up pretty well with a toaster oven, although they taste great room temp so I usually don’t bother.

If you like the Legendary toaster pastries, try another flavor. This flavor is not so flavorful. It tastes like something but not sure what. Just sweet.Brown sugar cinnamon is a much better option. Blueberry is also pretty good.The sugar and protein align with my dietary requirements. Always looking for new ways to get the protein I need in an occasional snack while keeping a close eye on sugar and carb numbers.

I ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE I BUY BUT I DIDNT ON THESE AND WISH I HAD!! BEEN ON LOW CARB EATIN ALMOST 5 Years and these were by far the nastiest tasting thing I have ever tasted!!!! Some low carb sweets and foods have that WHEY PROTEIN POWDER taste but these are so strong with that taste I about vomited!! They taste like u took WHEY PROTEIN POWDER and ate it right from the jar!! donât wAste ur money, take it from me, been on low cArb five years!!! I have no affiliation with any company but I wanna help yâall out by telling u if u want a low carb or zero carb bread or bagel, look up ThinSlim foods on Amazon! They are amazing you guys! I buy the cinnamon bagels and cinnamon bread And itâs great!!! I donât think they use the WHEY PROTEIN in the bagels and bread I get! But when u tried these nasty pop tart like things, Iâm serious, they are disgusting! I got the cookies and cream and thereâs ZERO taste of that, all u taste is that protein powder stuff and it taste like chalk. These was so nasty, 6 of us played a game to see who could eat a bite without gagging or spitting it out without a drink! GUYS, NOBODY WON THE GAME! Save ur $$$$$

Overall this is a good product like the ingredients and the protein however one of my kids does not like the flavor the other does so that part’s gonna have to be trial-and-error. I find them to be quite pricey though so it’s not a regular staple.

I was so happy to find nice snacks full of protein and low carbs.I took a big bite but instead of enjoying it, I felt like I was going to vomit. The taste is bad and the texture is soft but sticky and not smooth.Also, itâs very thick and only one per package instead of two small like the original pastryI just threw them out even if itâs expensive.
