These do well for those who can swallow gelatin capsules. I know are being absorbed because I feel the difference when I start and if I forget for a few days. Value for money, well in the current economy, it’s better than some others. The smell is kind of potent, garlicky, it’s almost an Italian herb smell. Smell is so subjective, but it’s no worse than every other vitamin, and not a gaggy horse pill. Size: Inch long & 5/8th” wide (1 centimeter appx). Yellowish powder inside gelatin capsule. Nice cobalt blue bottle keeps light out so they retain potency.

I can definitely feel the difference in my energy level when I don’t take this, most Caucasian people can’t break down vitamin B12 into it’s usable form, this has it already broken down for you! Much better than every other alternative I’ve tried!

Wasn’t good for me
This b complex gave me some serious bloating and it increased my anxiety to an intolerable level. I don’t see on other reviews that anxiety was a problem and Ive read intestinal issues are common at the beginning of taking a b complex, but they are temporary (that has been very uncomfortable as well). I’m writing the review so if anyone else experiences these things, they aren’t alone and yes, the anxiety was caused by taking this. Maybe I’m sensitive to an ingredient and it’s a bad reaction from my body chemistry, but once I stopped taking it, my bloating went down and my brain was at peace again. This review is not to bash the product, bc the reviews show it works well for a lot of people, this review is for others that may experience the same things to know it can be related.

Best B Complex with methocabolamin
This is true B complex with no fake synthetic drugs in it. This is the best be complex vitamin I have ever taken in my life and I’ve taken everyone that they sell. I highly recommend this for the value you cannot beat it. This stuff makes me feel good gives me energy and helps me to process my food and AIDS in my digestion. If you are somebody like me who has the MTHFR Gene then you have to have the purest form of the vitamins and folate this is it. It’s easy to swallow no bad taste no bad smell the bottle is sealed up tightly and I highly recommend it

Like caffeine without crash or jittery feeling
I’ve put several of my friends onto this and 3 of them have felt a noticeable difference in their energy, I know I do when I take it then play instruments or do something mentally demanding. So if you have brain fog, this and creatine might help you, and I believe it’s the b1 that makes the energy difference. Haven’t noticed any side effects like GI discomfort, only green yellow urine – which is supposed to be normal – although one of my friends noticed flushing. I’ve repurchased so many times and even brought it when I went on a 1 month vacation. And if you have caffeine as well it’s unbelievable how you feel
