LifePro is good stuff
As a recovery tool for a broken foot, I purchased a LifePro Rumblex vibration plate, which I love and use every day. I typically combine this plate with dumbbells or kettlebells for a more effective workout. But sometimes that can be cumbersome, so I began looking for an alternative, when I came upon this device. The reviews were good, and since I was focusing on upper-body strength, it looked promising. One thing I was confident of was build quality; LifePro stuff is well-made and solid. This exerciser is all that and more. Very well made, and heavy depending on your strength level. Super easy to adjust from very light resistance to very strong resistance with the twist of a dial. Comfortable handles, compact to store. Can be used to work chest, back, and arms. And I was right: adding this to a Rumblex workout just ups the effectiveness. Lifetime warranty with product registration makes this one an easy choice. Big fan of LifePro products. Would purchase again (but donât expect to need to, except as a gift).

Well made and makes for a great workout! Iâm 53 and on a health changing journey. This is great to have around, for quick workouts. Company is amazing and truly cares about customers. I received a used item which did not operate properly. The item is irreparable. Buyer beware!Update: 10/23/24: The manufacturer provided an improved replacement for the defective one I was previously sent. All is working well, I’m now a very satisfied Amazon customer! I changed my rating from previous (2) stars to now (5) stars! Thanks. Btw, the results of working out with the Lifepro Arm Exercise Hydraulic Power Twister Arm and Chest Exerciser are vital and it’s durable it does assist in building muscle and moving lymphatic drainage. When used properly (DON’T OVER DO IT THOUGH) it’s a great addition to your exercise routine. Being that the company does honor there warranty I do recommend this product!

Broke within 3 hours of receiving. Lifetime Warranty was honored.
Upon receiving, I immediately registered the warranty and read through the manual. I always do this with anything I buy online since you can only rely on reviews and canât necessarily try before you buy. I strongly advise anyone who purchases this to do the same.There are 20 strength levels, and I progressed through them all. The first 10 or 15 levels are pretty easy to do reps with. Really once you get past the initial resistance and start moving the handles inwards, the exercise is fairly easy.Level 16 was where it started to get difficult to squeeze. I was able to bust out one rep from each level up to 20. However, when attempting level 20, the handles began to bend and crack, and move outboard, resulting in whatâs seen in the pics. Itâs no longer safe to use, and cannot be locked in the closed position for storage.Reached out to their customer service about the issue, and after a few days of back and forth, the company honored their lifetime warranty with a full refund via PayPal.All in all, the build seems good. It mightâve been fine if I stayed around level 16 rather than testing the max. If you do buy, stay away from level 20 is all I can say!

It’s worth it!
This is a very sturdy piece of workout equipment perfect for any home gym. It is excellent quality and unlike reviews i’ve read when researching similar cheaper products of other companies, the metal cylinder of this product does not leak. It also has a lifetime guarentee and a small digital screen that counts your reps. It may be a little extra $ but I guarentee you it’s worth the cost.

Impressive little machine
Very impressed with this workout device. Resistance settings seem accurate compared to similar exercises I do with real weights. I work from home so feel chained to my desk some days. This is fun to use while at a desk on hours of conference calls. Rep tracker is cool bonus. One day I hit 300 reps and didn’t even know it. For me, I can do a mid setting like 8 or 10 and still focus on conversations and hit the higher settings when I’m doing a serious workout. You can find all sorts of positions to use this with, even outside of what they advertised. Get creative!

Good arm and chest workout.
This product is high quality and gives a good targeted arm and chest workout. Don’t be like me and let it sit for a month. That’s a lot of wasted time. Start with less force on the unit and then build your way up… There are a variety of exercises that you could do with this device and it has a built in rep counter.
