How did we get our start?
Needing something to occupy his spare time from his job as an EMT, Andy Spivey started what was then Fire & Safety Outfitters in June of 2000 with his dad John Spivey,a 12 foot trailer, and a dream.
What makes our products unique?
We design all of our bags in-house based around the real life experiences of our employees, many of whom are former EMTs and firefighters. We know what works because we’ve done the job.

Good quality bag that comes with a good starter kit
This is a great bag and comes with a pretty good assortment of tools, depending on what you need it for you might need to add some things to it. It’s worth noting that the display picture makes it appear to come filled to the brim with supplies but in truth if you are buying a first aid bag this big you will probably want to add more to it, like I wouldn’t buy this expecting that you are going to be able to respond to every serious injury but it is definitely a good start, the bag is large and sturdy but can still fit behind the seat in a pickup. I would highly recommend it. It’s big though, probably best for car camping or on a boat, definitely not one you are going to throw in a backpack.

Good start for medical
Added my own chest seals, combat gauzes and some TQs so itâs ready for more serious stuff but good bag and good variety of stuff. Sits in the car now for family events or whatever comes my way on the road. Get training!

Comes stocked, Great set up. Price is perfect for what you get. After purchasing already had use for it day 1 on the playground at a homeschool meetup. Only add would be maybe some more insulation or an insulated section just for medications (due to storing in a car in heat/cold).

I purchased this kit to have a first aid responder kit for a week long boys camp. It is now my first aid bag in my truck. I’m a former EMT-B and currently a nurse. It is well stocked. I did add a better stethoscope.

It is a good trauma bag that we can grab and get to any place in the show when we need to. Has pockets for test equipment. The only bad thing is the loops on the inside of the lid don’t hold the scissors, tweezers, and so forth.

Medic bag is large and holds a lot of supplies
Spent hours looking at different bags and supplies for my camper. This particular kit has the basics needed for emergencies. There is some stuff I will probably never use and other things I picked up to add as we are using this for camping and we do mountain bike. Accidents do happen and we wanted a good kit to ensure we have the necessities until we could seek help if needed. Highly recommend and would purchase again. Bag is very large and hold more than what was included in the kit.
