Great little pack!
My daughter is in forest school and the teacher suggested packs with chest straps since they are on the move all class. This is great quality and the perfect size for a young kid. It fits her snack and extra layers with a little room to spare. Great price for a great product! The color is so cute too!

Broken zipper and cord
I thought this would be a great little backpack for my 3 1/2-year-old. Upon first use, we noticed that the front zipper does not work. Cannot get it to close. Also with a light pool from my three year-old the bungee cord in front broke like nothing. Looks nice online but quality is made in China. Do not buy spending the money and getting him an REI backpack.

Perfect for travel
We used this as an flight carry-on my for my 7 year old. It was the perfect size. The buckle helped it stay on as we hustled through the airport. We attached his neck pillow to the elastic straps (moved up to the higher one after the picture). It was large enough for a coloring book, notebook, crayons, water, snacks and a few small toys and it fit under the airplane seat perfectly. Material quality and zipper seem good enough to last for some time. It might be a little small for a school bookbag, but it’s good for preschool, hiking or travel!

Great size for hiking
Bought this for my 9 year old son to take on hikes. It is great for that purpose. Just the right size. I’m petite and I can also wear it. Nice amount of pockets. Lightweight. Waterproof pouch.Bumped it down to 4 stars because it took 3 orders to get a good one. First one the zipper was broken. Second one had a terrible smell (overpowering perfumy scent), but I think that had something to do with a package it was shipped with and not the manufacturer. Third time was the charm and hopefully it holds up over time.

My son loves it!
I purchased this for my 4 year old son and he absolutely loves it. We take short hikes when we camp or on the weekends and itâs the perfect size for him. I bought a camelback separately and it fits inside just great! Itâs very durable (my son likes to search for rocks and sticks and thatâs what he fills it with!) This is a great product and Iâm very happy with the quality.

Great For the Price
This little pack is great for my outdoor schooled preschooler. It fits perfect and is super light. I love that the chest strap has a built in whistle too. Perfect for hiking around and carrying all the essentials for the afternoon. I was looking at the REI Tarn 12 listed for about $40 and this pack is quite comparable in quality at a much lower cost. Canât beat that.

Broken Zipper Almost Immediately
I bought one for my daughter and one for my son mainly for hiking since they’re at the age they can carry their own snacks, water, etc. My son’s zipper malfunctioned within one month of very minimal use, which is pretty disappointing because I had high hopes for it. The size is perfect for my kids (4 and 6 years old), and I love all the pockets, including the one for a hydration bladder. The broken zipper is a big bummer because it’s not even usable anymore. I can’t recommend this backpack based on the zipper quality.
