This was frozen & precooked, so I had no expectations, but I have to say, it IS delicious.Best way to warm it up is in a rice cooker on warm for about 10-20 minutes. Perfect.Also, I dethaw IT, ONLY to the point where I can use a box knife to section it & PUT THE SECTIONS IN FRESH BAGS, WRAP IT TIGHT AND REFREEZE WHAT I’M NOT USING THAT DAY. I’M ONLY ONE PERSON EATING FISH IN THE HOUSE. IT’S ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS.

Expensive but decent
If you’re willing to shell out this kind of money, this is one of the better options. Knuckles and claws are far better than frozen tails. I believe Whole Foods carries a similar product for a better price, but not reliably. Keep in mind that once defrosted and drained of excess water, this product goes from 2 lbs to about 23 – 26 ounces. (This is standard for this product regardless of brand.)
