🦞TAILS, KNUCKLES, CLAWS – Get all 3 of the most delicious parts in this 2lb pack. Wild- caught from Nova Scotia, the raw meat has been hand shucked, vacuum-sealed in 1lb thermoformed bags, and CO2 frozen. It has a long shelf life of 24 months.
🦞HPP PROCESSED – Our lobsters have been placed into an HPP chamber which compresses the meat from within, and removes it from its shell completely intact. Therefore, no heat is used for extraction, and no additives used to adulterate the end product.

I was surprised to see the lonbster delivered next day air. The product was well packaged and still frozen upon arrival. I left it sit in my porch for 6-8 hours and even then was solid frozen and ready to cook. I will be coming back again. This could feed a family of 6-8 people. When going out this is very cost effective. You can also season it to your liking.
