Size E Works great on smaller and bigger size calves.
My 72 year old mom needs to wear compression socks daily. She weighs 130lbs and has normal size legs. We werenât sure what size to get, we took a chance and got size E. It has worked out great for her. Itâs not too tight and it gives her enough compression to help her.I also have tried it for my large calves. I have double the size of calves than my mom and It works for both of us. Of course itâs tighter on me and I wouldnât be able to go down to a smaller size. When we order again, we are going to try the next size down for my mom. We want to see if it would work even better for her. However she really likes this size E.I only have one complaint. I thought it was one continuous roll with no breaks in it. However, while I was measuring the fourth or fifth piece to cut, there ended up being a break in the roll held by tape. If I would of known the break was there, I would of measured different and given a little bit more to each piece I cut off. Because I didnât know, I ended up with a piece that was too short for us to use. Besides this frustrating inconvenience to the roll, we are very happy with the product and will buy it again.

Very versatile bandage for extremities!
As a nurse, we used this under casts for broken bones but I learned that it is wonderful for other uses as well. Be creative! My elderly mother with the most fragile skin you can imagine used to bump against anything & slit the skin. No way could the skin tolerate adhesive bandages or tape of any kind. But this “opened” to go up the leg, held bandages in place without restricting circulation quite well. I even used it around my head to hold cold packs to my face (after more involved dental work). It was easy to tie an “unopened” length of it & I didn’t have to hold it to my face for the 20 mins on & off. I used 2 & would throw the one I just used back into the freezer. Alexa helped me with the timer. Made it a much simpler process. It comes in different widths, too so can be used in many situations where you need some elasticity but not too much tightness. My main surgical supply pharmacy closed & no other local one carried it (many did not even know what I was talking about) so I ordered a supply that I keep on hand.

Comfortable
Stretches easily to put on but isn’t as firm a compression as I like. It also tends to slip up on the feet. Very comfortable but be sure to check size as these are looser than others, and they were the same size as the others I had.

EDITED 2/22/21These are excellent. Doctor recommended support stockings for swollen legs for my husband. Those are hard to put on and I knew he wouldn’t use them.Our dermatologist recommended these. She said they were not as good as the support stockings, but since people tended not to like or wear the stockings, these were a reasonable alternative.She was sooo right. Very easy to put on AND they did the trick. Swollen legs under control. Easy and comfortable to wear; my husband LIKES wearing them.I told our regular doctor about them and he will now recommend them as well to patients as an alternative to hard to put on support stockings.

Not very stretchy and runs small. Cannot return because I cut pieces off for leg calves. Disappointed I wasted my hard earned money.

Very soft and skin friendly
If you are looking for soft and protective this is the product for you. We are using this as a cushion between an ACE wrap and a compression device on the lower leg. All others we tried were thin, loosely woven and very scratchy to sensitive skin. This product is much thicker and very soft. We are able to wash and reuse the pieces. Be aware that if this product is put in the dryer it will shrink in length but not in circumference. It’s not a big problem. We washed and dried the entire roll before cutting additional pieces. It’s exactly what we needed.
