Works on fine hair
Works on fine (thin) older person white hair as I have. Makes me look like I have a fluffy head of hair. You do have to make sure you heat it with the hairdryer though. Canât just rub it in and air dry fluff. I think thatâs normal for this kind of product though. this is my first hair mousse that has actually worked so if you have flyway hair that otherwise gets full of static electricity and clings to your head, you might also like it. No more static cling head hugs from my own hair with this product. No unpleasant odor. The hair stays soft and does not feel sticky. Itâs just suddenly fluffy and fuller. Even better the next day. This is the first time I have not had to wash my hair every day to be seen in public. Thumbs up.

Not really unscented
I’m someone that looks for unscented protects when I can because of my sinuses. Overly perfumed products can sometimes give me headaches or be so strong that make it so I can’t keep my eyes open. When I saw that this had an unscented option I took it.The mousse works well. I’ll give it that and that’s part of why I’m keeping it.But it’s not really unscented. Yes, the scent isn’t strong, but I wouldn’t say it’s unscented. It smells like a typical salon product. Luckily the scent sort of fades over time, but if you got this expecting no scent, it’s definitely scented and smells like a chemically salon product.

Well, I suppose the fact that I am unhappy with this product is my own fault. It clearly says on the container – 24 hour body and volume. By George, it means 24 hours and not a freaking minute more. After that, hair is limp and lifeless!!!! I’ll go back to my Tressemme Extra Hold Mousse!!!!! It really does work.

Great for curly hair
I am always looking for a lightweight product to give my curly hair definition and frizz control. This product does both! After my shower, I apply it to my wet hair and scrunch it. By the time I get to work my hair has a nice curl pattern that is maintained for the entire day. It’s not sticky or oily, just right.I use a tablespoon full amount and that holds my hair and gives it definition and body. It controls any frizz.The smell is faint and not heavy like hair spray. I go through a bottle in a month.This mousse is one of my favorite hair products.

LâOreal products are great. I had wanted a LâOréal mousse that I had purchased in Canada that was perfect for my hair type. It wasnât available on Amazon so I purchased the alternative LâOreal product. While it is good, it isnât any better than off the shelf products I can buy locally for almost half the price. Guess Iâll have to make another trip to Canada.
