Great wrap tape at a reasonable price.
I have a wound on my Achilles heal that requires daily dressing changes. Gauze wraps and tape almost always slip or loosen. I started using this type of tape when I found it for $3 a roll at a pharmacy. Having to do daily changes this started getting expensive. Then I found this bargain. Slightly more than $1 a roll! And they work every bit as well as the more expensive ones.A suggestion when using any of these self sticking tapes is to roll out a length of it at a time and place it where you want it rather than rolling it to tightly around the wound. It will mold just as well and not constrict the blood flow. If you are using for an extended period of time, try putting soft gauze under it near the edges. This will cushion it and help you avoid any irritation. Its nice that this is hypoallergenic and doesn’t stick to the skin. Extended use though can cause some mild friction irritation so a little padding will help with that.We will keep this on hand now as its so inexpensive and easy to use. Fingers, toes, elbows, knees, feet, any part of the body what bends, will benefit from this wrap tape.

Well made but super thick and bulky
Great value as you get 10 rolls of this self adherent wrap. Happy to add it to the med kits we have, but this particular brand is quite thick and bulky. If you want a lot of padding over a wound, I can see it’s appeal. But if you’re bandaging something small, such as a finger or toe, this gets uncomfortably bulky very fast, so you really have to plan out your wrapping method and use as little of the tape as possible.

Breathable and not gummy.
This holds well, but does not bind together into a gooey mess. I have an issue with the type that binds to the point where you have to cut it off. I can unwind this tape and it does not shift even when I wear a shoe. Great!

A big help with my psoriasis
Sometimes the smallest scratch from the itch of psoriasis can cause so much bleeding. I wouldn’t even realize at night sometimes I’d scratched my arm or leg till I saw the blood in the morning. Most regular bandages didn’t work or stay on because it was at joints. This bandages stay on and you can barely feel them on so they aren’t irritating at all. It gives the area a chance to heal with unconscious scratching while it heals. These are amazing and just perfect for what I needed.

Price is great
For the price, this cohesive bandage which I’ve been using as vet wrap is about 8x cheaper than walk-in stores like pharmacies or the Big W. It’s not as thick as some of those and the cohesion isn’t quite as good. I hold my hand over it for a few seconds to make sure it sticks but once it’s on it’s good to go. And, for the cost per roll compared to the rest, I have pretty much not complaints. I don’t feel bad about using enough unlike before when I probably used the minimum possible since it’s so expensive. Wrap away!
Not Enough Bookcases –
Three-inch width is best, and adheres very well
These bandage rolls come in a nice flip-open-lid box for easy access and storage. Ten rolls in nice colors for under $14.00 is a deal! And they adhere well! A strip can be reused for 2-3 times before its adhesion starts to weaken, so that is good service, in my opinion. The three-inch width is desirable, because if you are covering a dressing pad, you don’t have to wrap around as many times as you would with a narrower width bandage. And when you are changing a dressing more than twice/day, you want the process to go smoothly and quickly.

I bought this is wrap my feet while I walked the Camino. I had only brought a few rolls with me, and honestly I wish I had brought more. It was one of the most important things I had. I wrapped my feet under my socks every day and it protected me against blisters. It was comfortable and i was able to walk 20-27kms day on the Camino Hike without issue. Iâm going to buy more now that Iâm back. If youâre using the foot wrapping technique on hikes, I highly recommend this. Itâs lighter than a second pair of socks, flexible and durable.
