My favorite protein snack bars! ð
I love Good Fats keto bars! My favorite is Dark chocolatey sea salt & Almond! I love them so much that I bought 4 boxes! I like the fact that they have 9 grams of protein and NO sugar alcohol like many bars do. It has only 1 gram of sugar. They are soooo delicious! I can’t understand the negative reviews on here. I was thinking that maybe the people ordered them when it was really hot outside and they melted. That’s why I am stocking up in the winter!

I appreciate most of the ingredients, especially the “fats blend”, but these bars are very tasty! Great snack bar. They’ll give one a nice hit of flavor and will also keep the appetite at bay.

At one time these were the best – no longer
Don’t know why in the world these people have consistently changed to “improve” but in my opinion have downgraded their product. When LGF first came out I was so happy. Had one of these every single day, gave them as gifts, shared them with everyone at work. I was hooked. Then they took away my favorite flavor – Chocolate almond. OK – I stayed loyal with the mint and the coconut. Now they’ve changed them and are telling me they are “improved”. I’m heartbroken. Don’t know who is advising these people, maybe they have an undercover plant in the company from a competitor. Have contacted them and they responded quickly and were very pleasant. I hope if they think they are picking up new customers – they pick up enough for all the old, loyal ones like me that they are losing. She told me the cookie dough and the new double chocolate flavor are the “original formula”. Well I just tried the double chocolate and I won’t be back for those any time soon. Hope they don’t destroy the cookie dough formula. And these double chocolate bars are MUCH smaller than the original bars. I asked them about that once and they told me the bar size was the same. This wrapper says 1.23 oz – my previously purchased cookie dough is 1.38 oz. Heartbroken but I guess I’m done with LGF. Have started making my own protein, fiber bars at home. A little more work, but they are delicious.

Delicious and doesn’t spike my blood sugar
I’ve been trusting these bars for about a year to provide a tasty, satisfying breakfast while keeping my blood sugar under control. Unlike many artificially sweetened treats, the stevia used in these has never led to an upset stomach.But it is my imagination or are these bars getting smaller?

New Improved Flavor – PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD RECIPE!!!!
I eat one of the chocolate peanut butter bars everyday for over a year now and have loved them so much, I would buy cases of them to hold me over in the summer when it was too hot to ship. I can’t tell you how much I loved them. I just received a few new boxes with the new improved flavor sign on them and was excited because I couldn’t believe that they could ever get better and I never write reviews but the new flavor is awful. Please go back to the old recipe. I will not buy any more of this new one. I was completely in love with the other bars. They didn’t need to be changed!!

Wrong product sent..tried to like it
I went to reorder the peanut butter chocolate bars and got the caramel bars. I like caramel, so I kept them. These things are SO sweet and such strong artificial caramel flavor. I couldnât finish one bar. And I have an entire box of these now. Ugh! Peanut butter version is really good.

My daily treat
Chocolatey Strawberry by Love Good Fats is my daily treat. The only bar I ever eat. Delicious, filling, healthy ingredients- uses Stevia and sweetness of strawberries, (no added sugar/sugar alcohols/syrups). Glad itâs available in U.S. for when I travel there from Canada. Proud of this Canadian success story. Amazon delivery was fast, reliable and undamaged.

Amazing! The texture is kind of weird at first but I got used to it very quickly. Itâs kind of powdery in a way. But the taste of the bars are so unbelievably good. Iâm really picky when it comes to the flavor of âhealthy barsâ but this one is definitely WAY better than any bar Iâve ever had. I will be buying LOTS more of these!
