Better than alive
I was shocked to find the moisture & size of pieces in this package. I only purchase this package now, enough for meal for 3 people. Real value for the cost. As tasty as eating fresh lobster but with less effort. I highly recommend to buy.

Simply perfect!
I used this to make a lobster roll and it was perfect. The lobster meat was fresh and didnât have any bad small. Itâs a decent amount for the price. I made my own seasoning and added maybe 2 tsp of the seasoning that came with the lobster. I sautéed it with ghee and diced garlic. I will definitely buy more! Some of the reviews mention itâs rubbery and bland. I think overcooking it can make it rubbery and seasoning well helps if there is a bland taste it only needs to be cooked for a few minutes on low/med. Hope that helps

Delicious, sustainably caught, stores well
This is a fairly large pack of knuckle meat and claws, shelled and frozen. One pack holds two generous portions. The product comes frozen which is how we like to buy lobster (well, if we don’t buy it live). When you buy lobster meat at the store, usually it’s previously frozen and offered thawed. Okay if you’re just taking it home to cook it right away, but if you’re buying it even a day in advanced, much better to get it frozen and thaw it right before you eat it. Thaw it in the fridge — takes longer but texture and taste are better than if you try to thaw it quickly.This is cooked lobster, consistently done just right, moist and slightly chewy. It comes with a little bag of sauce we don’t really like but we just toss that out.Finally, they say its sustainable and they support small fishing operations. We appreciate knowing where our food comes from, which you often don’t get when you buy seafood. You can get lobster a little cheaper but to our knowledge, not with sourcing and not cooked this nicely.

I was unsure about the product, but it had good reviews. So I tried it. It makes two delicious lobster rolls and the second time I bought it I made a delicious lobster salad. The meat is very flavorful and decent pieces.

Completely forgot about the pack of seasoning that came with it and made my own. I didn’t know if I liked Lobster. Last time I had it, I had a Lobsters pizza from RedLobster in the 90s. I didn’t like it. Rubbery and bland interruption to the rest of the pizza.So I was curious if I really don’t like Lobster?I made it with my own seasoning and sauce over some vegan Mac & cheese by Daiya and it was delicious.Unfortunately I kept spitting a bunch of mucus because that’s the consequences of eating meat.Also I bit some hard cartelidge so you have to make sure all the bone bits are out and proceed to eat with â ï¸.Locating that thick cartilage in your mouth rotating the food bits in my mouth took away from the fun of just eating it. I mostly found 2-4 pieces at the joint of the Lobster ð¦ claw. The rest seemed cleaned pretty well and safe.
