Great for storage and playing!
Although it’s pretty expensive, it’s TOTALLY worth the coin, as it’s great for storage and playing!My newly 3 yr old can independently convert the storage bin into a play mat, and will (most of the times) use the lid to hold pieces (instead of scattering them all over my living room. It took a few weeks, but 3 has now also figured out how to fold / zip the mat back into a storage bin. Securing the lid is a bit tricky for 3 still, but we’re working on it!I love how versatile it is. 3 loves the different shapes and colors inside. We both love how big the play mat is. The handles on the outside (so far) seem very sturdy, and 3 can independently drag / carry the tote back it its spot after cleaning up the play area. ð¬I recently bought 3 a “classroom set” (over 100 pieces) to add to the collection, so we now have two of these bins, and they seem to stack well. (IDK how much weight the lid / storage bin can hold, so sometimes I’ll go behind 3 and shift some of the pieces into the other bin. ð¤ )

Really great for even young toddlers
This was such a fun gift for my toddler she really got into the building and smashing part of the magma tiles, we would build her a box and she loved smooshing it like Godzilla. Sheâs only 18 months and she got the hang of it quick. Thereâs no loose magnets to swallow, the magnetic strength isnât too strong and the tiles are well made. Also the storage bin is great and convenient!

Awesome design
This product is so smart! It’s a great storage system for magnatiles and also is really fun for kids to open up and play with the magnatiles on the mat. And clean up is easy when you have the tiles on the mat, you can simply fold it and zip up the sides and clean up is done.

Easy storage
I like that my 4 year old can easily store all her tiles away but she does have a hard time closing the box on her own because it tends open up. You have to pull the zipper up around the box to keep it tight and closed.

My son has a habit of leaving his magna tiles everywhere but this bin comes in handy and holds up all of them! Great product for the price. Super easy to assemble and disassemble.

Best storage box
This is so unique for storage of the magnetic tiles. I have bought about 5 sets so far and there is still room. The zipper sides to covert to a play mat is nice and easy for little hands to operate A little pricey but does the job

Spacious and functional
I’ve placed 229 pieces from 2 different sets in the box (including the 4 big cars) and there’s still a surprising amount of space left. I’d say if you use this for only tiles and not any of the big pieces, you can probably fit about 400 in there. Plus, it also functions as a mat, and although others have stated it is not super stable to build on, for me it definitely beats carpet, so it helps. I unfortunately just can’t splurge on any other official Magna-Tiles’ products and had to get the off-brand stuff instead, but I definitely thought this thing was worth the price.
